Chapter 7 - A Day With Jimin(?) Part 2

Ariana's POV

"Who?" he asked curiously.

"Analisse." I said with a sigh.

I hesitated a little and tried to find my voice. I sighed once again before saying "She's-"

"Hey! What're you guys doing?~" someone sang behind me.

I was very shocked so I elbowed the person and instinctively went on defense mode.

I was confused and nervous to see Namjoon moaning on the ground.

Jimin and the others were busy laughing their butts off.

Wait.

Others?!

I eyed Jimin and his expression went from 'I peed my pants' to 'what are they doing here?!'

We both got up and composed ourselves, so did Namjoon.

"You're strong." Namjoon told me as he was trying to hide the pain.

I snickered because his face was too hilarious. I can't- I'm sorry- Ahh.

"What are you guys doing here?" Jimin asked them.

"Nothing." Taehyung said then looked up at the sky.

"Spill." Jimin said seriously and he looked quite irritated.

"We- I mean they don't think you can handle this by yourself." Jungkook replied.

The other members looked at him weirdly when he excluded himself.

Jimin massaged his forehead. "Can't you guys trust me this once?" he said trying to calm his chill, but he looked like an annoyed child who's mad after getting his ice cream stolen. Ahh, I giggled at the thought.

We all awkwardly looked at each other, not knowing what to do and where to go.

Jimin looked at me and flashed an apologetic smile towards me.

I smiled and mouthed 'it's okay'.

"Okay, so where do we go now?" Taehyung asked, breaking the silence.
"You mean, where do Ana and I go now, right?" Jimin said as he glared at Tae who just responded with a cheeky smile as he stuck his tongue out.

"Kookie, where do you suggest we go now?" Taehyung asked.

"Anywhere." Jungkook said bluntly.

Tae asked the other members but they said the same thing. Anywhere.

"Ana, do you have a place in mind?" Taehyung asked me.

"Hmm, movies?" I suggested nervously since I didn't really know what they like, or if he's interested in movies.

"Sure!" they all responded positively regarding my choice. Except for one person who said "No."

Jimin. Park Jimin. My date.

I was sweating like crazy. I wanted to make a good impression but I failed to know his interests.

He doesn't like movies? Oh my... I swallowed a big lump in my throat before I finally found the courage to speak. But he beat me to it.

He looked at me with wide eyes, he probably sensed that I tensed up.

He shook his head and tried his best to explain to me. "No, no, no. I didn't mean 'no' as in I don't like movies. I meant 'no' as in they shouldn't come with us. We should be alon-" he paused then looked at the other members with an awkward smile that probably meant 'I'm sorry guys, you know we're family but this is my date'.

I loosened up and sighed in relief once I heard the quite messy explanation.

But wait.

He wants us to be alone.

Alone.

That thought made me blush. I don't care if it's a delayed reaction. I'm blushing so hard right now, I can't even hide it.

The members smiled at the two of us and weren't affected at all about the sort of offensive comment Jimin made.

Namjoon tapped Jimin's back and looked like he whispered something to him.

The other members apologized to me for messing up our date.

"It's fine. I love surprises." I replied with a chuckle. I really do love surprises.

Jimin's POV

"Movies?" Ana proposed.

Movies? That's a great opportunity to spend time with each other.

Maybe I should take her to a scary movie, so I can show off my manly side.

Or should I take her to see a chick flick? She probably likes those.

Or maybe comedy? Gahh, I don't know-

"Yes! Okay, sure!" the guys said sounding excited.

"No." I said involuntarily.

Why do they have to come with? Will my first date with her end this way? Ugh.

I spotted Ana looking all nervous and tense. My eyebrows curled as I thought of why she looked so worried. Don't tell me..

"No, no, no. I didn't mean 'no' as in I don't like movies. I meant 'no' as in they shouldn't come with us. We should be alon-" I rumbled on and tried my best to explain.

I realized that I might've hurt Jungkook and the hyungs but all I could give at that moment was a really awkward grin.

I was glad when the members seemed to understand.

Namjoon hyung came up to me and whispered "Good luck, Jiminnie. Don't hurt her, or else you'll feel the wrath of six strong and handsome guys. Happy birthday."

I don't know if I laughed because of the 'strong and handsome' part, or because he said 'happy birthday' so randomly. But whatever, what's important is that they understand that I want to spend this day with Ana.

As expected, they're the best.

Jimin's POV

Horrified.
Pale.
Scared to death.

Those were the exact words to describe me right now. Oh, add 'embarassed'.

How can I be scared? I'm the guy, I should be cuddling with her since she's scared as well. But no, I was joining her in covering my eyes to not see what horror is to come next.

I rented a movie house right after we left the park. That was a pretty good decision considering how I looked more scared than little girls... I'm somehow thankful that we're alone.

"Ahh!" I screamed.

I turned into Mr. Tomato Face at that instant. I cannot face Ana. I'm embarassed to death. One of those times I wish the sky would open up and eat me.

But before that can actually happen, I have a mission to eat some annoying hyungs myself.

"Aish, hyungs! Why would you scare me now?!" I asked with an obviously irritated tone.

They just giggled and Hoseok hyung even fell down his seat while laughing.

I didn't wanna face her more.

If there's such a word as double-embarassed, triple that and you'll realize how mentally violated I feel right now.

Suddenly, the laughing stopped along with the turning on of lights in the movie house. 'Twas then that I realized two things.

The movie was over already.

And the hyvngs, Ana and I were not the only ones in the cinema.
