[Park Jimin]

The date went wrong. I'm not sure if it was my fault or not but it went wrong because I ended going home with Yoongi instead of my date.

It seemed like the only word in his vocabulary was teatowel. I have never been so eager to shut a person up, but Yoongi just wouldn't stop going on about his tea towels.

I tried to walk slightly ahead of him but he caught up, his voice once again within hearing range. I sighed for what felt like the 100th time.

After a short while of walking and trying to block my ears, we reached the "tae towel factory". When I said this to Yoongi, he laughed. I probably would have too if I weren't the one who came up with the name.

I knocked on the door, three times, pause and then two more times.  There was a moment of silence before the door opened to reveal a tired looking taehyung.

"who? " He pointed at Yoongi in curiosity.

"A customer." I replied, ignoring Yoongi's little gasp. Taehyung just nodded and let us inside. The house was oddly quiet and all lights were off, so I figured Taehyung had just woken up.

"I know where to go, you can go back to sleep. " I smiled at Taehyung and he gave me a thumbs up before leaving me alone with Yoongi.

" Customer? Do i not have a name?" His tone had no sense of humor and I unintentionally took a step backwards, only to offend Yoongi further. "I wouldn't hurt you. Why do you think I would hurt you?" His angry tone instantly replaced with a sad one.

I was confused, unsure of how to act. "I'll get the tea towel" I turned around to go get the ugly teatowel but Yoongi held my wrist. His grip was loose but I still turned back to him.

His eyes were squeezed shut. "yourecutecanihaveyournumber"

he spoke fast but I understood what he said. For some reason, I couldn't control the laughter that came out of me when I saw Yoongi's face, cheeks flushed red.

"Why didn't you just ask in the first place? "
"Because you would have said no"
"True"
Yoongi's eyes snapped open.
"You're meant to disagree." But he smiled as he said the words.

I laughed and walked over to a pot of pens by taehyungs booksshelf. "Give your arm." Silence

I turned to see Yoongi's face afraid, hugging himself. "Just paper"
It was unusual but I decided against questions, handing him a scrap piece of paper with my number messily written on it.

"thanks" a whisper before he ran out the door, leaving me in complete utter confusion.
