How do you describe love.
How does one describe something that doesn't exist.
In her eyes all she sees is what one calls LOVE. A bunch of arguments and her mother crying her self to sleep every night. So why would she be expected to believe love exists.
To her.
Love is that thing that she read in books but in real life it is just heartbreak.
When she watches her parents fight every single day. Is that what she should be looking forward to.
All the divorces happening around her family.
Aunty- 2 divorces
Mother- almost on her second
Grandparents- divorced
Nan and pop- divorced
Why is she expected to go around acting like simple things that happen in her life make her wish she wasn't born.
Maybe if she wasn't then her parent may still "LOVE" each other.
Day after day she watches what she thinks love is.
Fights.
So.
She doesn't try to love.
She then refuses to do "RELATIONSHIPS"
She hurts on the inside thinking she will never be able to have some one love her.
A boy comes.
And he likes her.
And maybe in a few months will love her.
But.
She doesn't do relationships.
So.
He moves on.
Maybe if her parents hid the fights instead of fighting in front of her.
Then maybe she could love.
Maybe she wouldn't be scared of loving.
Maybe just maybe.
She wouldn't already be dead on the inside.
