CH.29 Confession

After she finished her call with Hana she said she can go home now but i told her if we can take a last glance of the river one more time and she said yes.

So here we are, standing next to the railing looking at the shining river.

I guess this is the right time.

"Rain.." I called rain, who wad lost in her own world.

"Uhm?" she said still not looking.

"Look at me for a second" She did what i told her to.

"Yes?" She asked confused.

"What I'm about to say may or may not change our friendship. and it's up to you, it may change to the best or the worse. But I'll try my best not to change to worse. I hope you understand it." I paused to take a deep breath. This is it.

"Kim Ra-in." I said her real name, i think this is my first. "I like you"

She looked shocked. I knew she would. She stayed silent so i think she doesn't feel the same. Looking in my eyes thinking of what to say.

"I understand if you d-" I was cut off.

"I do! I do feel the same but.." she trailed off.

"But just like a friend, I understand" Actually i don't, I would lock my self in a room for days and ask no one to disturb me.

"It wasn't what I'm going to say though.." She paused "But. we can't be in a relationship. I like you and you like me, but that doesn't mean we can be together. Being friends is fine"

"But why?" i asked , afraid of her answer.

"because.." Please not what i'm thinking of.. "I currently have a boyfriend" And just like a bus, the answer that i didn't want to hear, hit me.

We sat silent for a moment, Me thinking of what I should do or say.

"Fine," I smiled "I won't ask any questions but I just need ONE THING (A/N: Kyaaa! One direction!! Sorry, back to the story) from you." I know what you're thinking readers. and you guessed it right.

"And that is?" She looked at me confused.

Chapter one of two!! I wrote this twice -.- I hate this phone -.- It was longer .. This one I didn't put alot of work in it..

It was short.. But good kind of short, right? this is what I like to call short But gold (i hope so)
