Hair tips:

-

(Long hair) method one.

Trimming the tips. Crazy right? Surely cutting your hair would shorten it, right? Well actually no it doesn't! If you cut it every 3 months then it'll strengthen and nothing will stop your hair from growing.

How does this work? Well, hair grows from the roots right? Well if the tips of your hair get too damaged it can travel up to your roots which will damage your hair and maybe ruin it permanently!!! :(

That sucks! But hopefully this tip will help!

Method 2

Eating healthy! It's super good if you want a good, healthy body and healthy long hair! I should know seeing as my hair was past my waist last year, no joke! I followed these tips and it was super long! But i got it cut because it gets out of hand. :D . Stay away from sugars and salt. Cut down on animal fats and eat those veggies! Get those vitamins and drink lots of fluids! Good for your body and scalp!

Method 3

Be gentle! Yes, washing your hair is great but not everyday. It's a waste of water and reduces your natural scalp oils (yes, hair grease but it's good!) wash your hair maybe every other day. Also when scrubbing, massage it instead of forcing it. It'll feel GREAT and will do you good :) also if you are like me and suffer from dandruff this can ease it (and prevent) and use medicated shampoo! I don't like being a snow flake head ;)

Method 4

Avoid brushing when wet. I brush my hair in the shower which gets rid of knots before they start and my hair is smooth when dries. Brushing its when wet will rip your hair out :( also when your hair IS dry, brush it 1-2 times a day. It helps :D!!!

NOTE: please if straightening be SUPER DUPER careful! Burning your scalp is worse then a sunburned head D: ALOT worse and could permanently burn off your hair a roots *~*

HOME REMEDIES

-

Wash your hair with onion water. (EW) Get your tresses to be super sleek and shiny while supplementing them with nutrients by rinsing your hair with onion water. Cut up an onion and boil it in several cups of water. Allow the onion water to cool, strain out the onion, and pour it through your hair. Massage it into your scalp before rinsing the onion water out again

Warning: will be stinky.

-

Try a grapeseed oil massage. This lovely oil is often an ingredient in popular hair care products, and can be used on its own to increase hair growth. Pour some oil (room temperature or warm) onto your scalp and massage it in with your fingers. Allow it to set for up to an hour. Do this 2-3 nights a week for the best results.

-

SILKY HAIR

Use a hibiscus mask. Blend the leaves of a hibiscus plant in a food processor until it forms a paste. Apply this to your hair, focusing on the scalp and roots. Let it set for thirty minutes, then rinse out with warm water and shampoo.
