Chapter 20: Epilogue

*Jonathan's PoV*
*5 years later*

Our long streak of stealing and murdering came to an end.

Our long streak of terroir, given up for a life full of peace.

A life full of friends, and a life full of love.

Marcel, Lui, and David. The three of them are no longer together. Well, Lui and David are still together. Marcel met this wonderful guy named Ohm.

Tyler are Craig, they got married about a year ago. They adopted a German Shepard from the shelter. They named him after the way his father died when Tyler was just a kid. Hunter.

Brian and Brock, they recently got engaged. They had this big barbecue at their new house. I guess they both planned on purposing to each other that night. Because as soon as Brock got down on one knee Brian got down on his knee.

Evan and me. Where do I begin. God, a lot can happen over five years. After I got kidnapped, Evan refused to do any law breaking again. We all moved away from our penthouse and we all moved over to the east coast where we settled for lake house by Lake Erie in Pennsylvania. When we moved we were all shocked at how many houses were for sale around this area. We all got a house within the same neighborhood.

"Babe, wake up," Evan whispered into my ear as his arm coiled around my waist.

"I'm up," I whisper back to him. Not wanting to talk loud.

"What were you thinking about?"

"Just about how much has changed over the past 5 years," I say as I turn in his arms to face him.

"Hmm," he hums as he hugs me tighter.

"RWAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!!!" The door burst open and both me and Evan are tackled by a giggling 3 year old boy, 2 barking black and white Newfoundland dog, a howling Saint Bernard, and a red husky.

"DADDY, DADA WAKE UP!!" Pip yells as he hugs us.

"Yeah Dada wake up," I grin to Evan.

"I will if the dogs get off of us," he groans as Tex and Echo our 3 year old Newfoundland dogs hop on Evan,"TEX! ECHO!"

Teddy lays her head down on my chest with her paws out in front of her as she looks up at me with her big blue eyes. Suddenly a big brown and white Saint Bernard is pushing teddy off of me so he can plop his big furry body on me. I groan as he licks the hell out of my face.

"Gotham, get off!" I groan as the year old dog continues to lick me.

"DOGS OFF!" Evans voice yells. All the dogs disobey, but they stop licking us and move to the edge of the bed.

Our son, pip giggles as he climbs into between Evan and I.

"Hi daddy, hi dada," he laughs happily as both Evan and I wrap our arms around us.

"Hey pip squeak," I say as I kiss his cheek.

We lie down like this for awhile. The dogs soon join us in a group cuddle. Teddy crawls her way up the middle and pushes under pip so he is lying on top of her. Echo is drooling over me as her head is propped up on my shoulder. Tex is doing the same propped up on Evans shoulder. Gotham is lying across all of us.

I look down and see teddy and pip fast asleep all cuddled up together.

"You know, I never would have thought that we would be this dig of a famous," I whisper to Evan.

"Yeah same. But I'm glad it is. Even though these dogs are heavy as hell," he chuckles as he wipes off Tex's drool.

"Oh you love them, Tex is your big baby," I laugh as Tex continues to attack his face in his slobber.

"Yeah he is, I love my big bad Texy puppy," he says as he grabs the dogs faces and shakes him knowing the dog hates when we do that to him. Tex growl and try's to bite at him.

I look around the bed. Seeing all my animals, my adorable son, and my lovely husband of 4 years. And think to myself. I have a wonderful family. A wonder life. Wonder friends. And I couldn't ask for me.

"Evan, I love you."

"I love you too."

"Forever and always?"

"Forever and always. To the moon and back again a hundred times."
