Undertale: A New Adventure

Chapter 11 (Present Day)

         "You're still following this, right Sans", Brandon asked him.

         "yep, i'm still here. care to tell me more?"

         "Yeah, I was just getting there. Now, like I was saying-" Before he continued to say anything, Sans put his hand in front of his face for some reason. "Uh, Sans, are you okay?"

         "something's wrong. i'm saying something is wrong with Frisk. come on, let's go!" They both ran out of the classroom & outside in the playground & saw Frisk stuck in a corner with a couple of kids that were a couple of years older than Frisk. One kid was wearing a black leather coat with black shorts that were slightly torn while the other kid was wearing something similar to it.

         "Hey, aren't you that one kid that lives with all of those monsters", the kid asked. "Huh, guess we should come up with a nickname for you then. Let me think for a second. Aha, got it!" He leaned closer to Frisk's ear & began to whisper in her ear. "Do you think "Freak" would be alright with you-"

         "Hey, black licorice", Brandon yelled at the kid. The kid slowly rose up & turned to face Brandon. "If you're going to mess with someone, then mess with someone your own size." The kid then began to walk towards Brandon. Brandon was now having regrets of saying that. "Man, why did I say that? It's obvious that he's taller than me." The kid was now standing in front of him.

         "Are you saying that you're with her too", he asked.

         "& if I am? So what. I choose how to live my life. No one is ever going to change that."

         "I might be able to help you with that." He prepared his right arm for a punch. "Hope you've said your prayers 'cause now you're finished." He went to punch Brandon. Sans was about to interfere when something unexpected happened. Brandon swiftly moved out the way, tripped the kid, & forced him to the ground by charging his hand forward to his neck & pushed him to the ground. Everybody looked at them both & ran towards them & looked at them in shock. Shortly afterwords, the other kid began to charge at Brandon with a big branch in his hand. He swung it at him. While he was swinging, Brandon quickly ducked under the branch, grabbed the kids wrist, & was pressing his thumb on the pressure point on the wrist, forcing the kid to drop the branch. The kid fell to his knees in agonizing pain. Toriel ran over there with Sans as well. Before they got any closer, Brandon let go of the kid & stood back up. Toriel & Sans made it to him.

         "What exactly happened here", Toriel asked Brandon.

         "Well, let me put it this way. While me & Sans were talking inside, he told me something was wrong, so we both ran outside & saw Frisk was being bullied by this kid you see here on the floor. I called out to him, told him to pick on someone his own size, but instead went to me. So, he decided to go & punch me & I defended myself thanks to an old friend of mine. After I put him down, his friend tried to hit me with a big o' branch, but I stopped him quickly as well. D-don't worry, they'll make a quick recovery." Brandon began to scratch the back of his head. "A-am I like, in trouble or something?"

         "No worries Brandon", she said. "You're perfectly fine. It's those 2 that should be worried. Although, I may need to speak to you now. Just head to my office after school, got it." He began to nod his head at her. "Okay then. As for the rest of you, let's head inside the building." Everyone but the 2 kids & Sans were outside. Sans was standing in front of the kids lying on the floor.

         "you didn't expect this now, did ya", he asked them. "oh well. it's your own fault anyways. i'm surprised he didn't even ask you guys if you wanted to have a bad time. oh well, what can you do? enjoy the sun while it's still out." He teleported inside the school & left both the kids laying outside. A couple of hours later, school was over for the day. Everyone left while Brandon stayed behind so he could talk to Toriel, like he agreed to. He walked to her office & opened the door. He saw that no one was inside so he decided to wait inside her office. He sat in one of the chairs in there & waited for Toriel. About 15 minutes passed before Toriel walked inside her office. She looked & saw Brandon was sleeping in one of the chairs. She smiled, shut the door & tapped his shoulder to wake him up. He slowly opened his eyes & noticed that he ended up falling asleep in the chair.

         "How long was I out for", he asked.

         "I don't think you were out for that long", Toriel said. "You were out for maybe 10 minutes or so." She walked over to her chair & sat down in it. "I just wanted to say thank you for what you did earlier. I don't know how to repay you."

         "You can make me another pie, how's that sound?" They both began to laugh. "But yeah, I'm always happy to help in anyway I can. Just get in my face & tell me what you need help with & that's that."

         "That sounds like you too. Alright, you can go now."

         "Are you sure? I figured we'd be talking for awhile, not a minute. Alright then. Later." He walked out of her office & later, out of the school. He began to walk to Frisk's house. He knocked on the door & waited a few seconds. The door opened & it was Frisk who opened it.

         "Hey", she said. "Is everything alright?"

         "Oh, yeah", he said. "Everything's alright. There's nothing to worry about. Although, I was wondering if I could crash here for a few days, if that's alright with you guys?"

         "Well, I mean I guess so. I'll just have to ask Mom then just to make sure, but you can stay for as long as you like." Brandon began to smile.

         "Thanks Frisk. My family has been going through a lot lately so I figured I could just give them some space, ya know."

         "Oh, okay. I think I understand. Why don't you stay inside for some time then? We can watch some TV & play some games or something."

         "That's a great idea. Well, first thing's first."

         "W-what's that?"

         "Let me get comfortable first, that's what." They both began to laugh with each other. Brandon then walked inside their house & saw everyone but Undyne was on the couch. " Um...where's Undyne?"

         "she's in her room playing some game called destiny", Sans said.

         "Good. It's about time for her to see what I'm capable of. I'll talk to y'all later." He then went straight for the stairs. Before he went up, he looked at Sans, which of course had that smile of his.

         "remember, we finish talking tonight, got it kid", Sans said in Brandon's head. He nodded in agreement & walked upstairs. He walked to Undyne's room & knocked 3 times. He could hear her shout at the door.

         "Not now", she yelled. "I'm busy at the moment!"

         "So you don't want help then", he said sarcastically. "Alright, see ya then." Before he knew it, Undyne shouted again.

         "Wait kid!" After a few seconds, she opened her door & peeked her head out of the door. "Took ya long enough.

         "Whatever. Are you ready now?"

         "Get in here. We're doing this." He walked inside her room & shut the door behind him. They're going to have a long & fun adventure together.
