Today has been a very tiring day. It seems that nothing has been going your way, your boss was extra moody as well as a client that could not take the fact that they weren't an extra small. But now as you sit at your desk ready to draw some figures that have been stuck in your head all day. While you go to grab a pencil you arm begins to itch. You ignore it hoping it will go away soon. Halfway through drawing some intricate lines the itching is killing you now. You look at your forearm to see for the first time something is moving under your skin. It begins to shift around and spreading. Your muscle spasms and you realize it is moving toward your veins. You begin to freak out not taking the time to think if it is normal or not but frankly you don't care. The pain intensifies you realize that whatever it is it's burning you from the inside out. You see what looks like lava melting apart your veins and tearing. You start to lose feeling in your hand. It begins to travel up your arm reaching your elbow. The pain is so bad you'd rather cut off your arm then keep the pain going. You know there's no possible way to make it to the kitchen to use the phone and call for help so you grab around your desk desperately searching for something to help you. You grip the handle of a mysterious object. You feel beads of sweat coat your forehead. The pain is so intense your body begins to freeze up in a paralyzed shock. You don't quit as you feel your veins pops and muscles rip you just focus on breathing. You don't think the pain can get any worse but then the bone begins to crack. You scream out in pain finally willing your vocal cords to work. You hear the bone split and at last the pain stops. You look down to see your entire forearm unattached from the rest of your body next to it you see a bloody letter opener next to it stuck in a peace of your muscle. You smile as you close your eyes in bliss finally the pain is gone. But the bliss doesn't last long as again you feel the heat of pain begin again but this time in your neck. You slowly reach for the letter opener and tear it from the muscle of your once attached arm. You slowly bring it up to your neck.
