Sorry for the long wait... my tibia and wrist are broken so I couldn't really write easily.

Imagine Kai trying to confess his feelings for you...

For about a few weeks you've been back to the real world. You've spent at least 4 months in the prison world with Bonnie, Damon and the one and only Malachai Parker...

Eventhough Kai murdered half of his family and tried to kill many other people, you couldn't really say you hated him. You even felt attracted to him. Everytime the both of you were alone it was like a glimpse of good came out of Kai. Of course you tried to shrug off your feelings, but Kai's countless flirting attempts didn't really make it any easier.

The merge that Kai had with Luke made it even harder to ignore it. Since that event you saw a different side of Kai. He apologized to you a million times for everything he did to your friends. You even experienced a crying Kai Parker... Can you believe it? If he promised he wouldn't kill anyone, you said you would give him a chance to be friends with him. And that was what you've been for a few weeks now. The last two weeks of that your heart did things when Kai was around that you couldn't explain properly. But what you could conclude from it was that you were falling for Kai... big time.

Currently you were just done showering and were dressed into an oversized shirt and a pair of tights while your hair was in a messy bun, not expecting any visits, but Kai wouldn't be Kai if he knocked on your door unexpectedly.

"I'm coming!" you said as you hurried over to the door. When you reached it you opened it revealing a rather nervous looking Kai "Oh hey Kai"

"Hi..." he softly spoke, fumbling with the strings on his jacket.

You opened the door a little further and smiled "Come in, what's wrong?"

Kai took a few steps inside, staying a little nervous "I need your help. Something has been bothering me for a while now and I don't know what to do" he explained truthfully.

You closed the door behind you while you carefully listened to what Kai told you. You turned back around and smiled gently at your friend "Of course. Let's go to my room so my dad doesn't annoy us" you said as you grabbed his hand and dragged him with you.

You sat down on your bed and looked up at Kai, who was standing in front of you "Oh by the way, sorry for how I look. I just came out of the shower" you told him with a chuckle.

"I think you look cute" Kai awnsered with a smile.

"Thank you" you said "So, what was it that you wanted to tell me?"

"Yeah, a...about that. I need your help" he started softly, scratching the back of his neck "Since a couple of weeks now something has been happening to me, but I can't really figure out what it means. Everytime I see you I just get these tingles in my stomach. You always look so beautiful and-"

You feel yourself smiling at Kai's explanation. It was so cute how awkward he was about it and not knowing what it meant. You softly grabbed his hand and smiled "Go on. If you don't tell me I can't help" you said with a sneaky grin.

He looked at how you grabbed his hand and blushed. You were sitting on the edge of the bed and he was standing in front of you "And when you do things like that it feels like my skin is on fire and I'm going crazy" he brought out.

It wasn't that Kai never kissed someone, or slep with anyone, because he had... loads of times. But that was just for pleasure or boredom. This was different. Kai was in love with you and he didn't even know.

You gently got up and took a few steps closer to Kai. You could notice how his breath quickened. Your faces were really close to eachother, your lips almost touching "What does this makes you feel?" was your question.

Kai swallowed loudly "It makes me want to kiss you" he said, his warm breath tickling your lips.

"Then why are you wasting time? Just kiss me already" you exclaimed with a smirk.

Kai gave you a nod and closed the last remaining space between the two of you as pressed his lips against yours. Kai didn't really know what to do with his hands so he just let them rest on your back. You grabbed his hands with yours and slowly let them wander down to your butt, making Kai gasp a little. You chuckled and wrapped your arms around his neck. You deepened the kiss and let your tongues explore eachothers mouth. You pulled away a little "I,"you breathed in a whisper between the kiss, "am pretty sure," I paused and glanced at his eyes, "I know what," I said, I pressed another kiss on his lips and smirked "has been bothering you"

Kai let his hand travel up your arm and cupped your cheek "And what has been bothering me?"

You fully pulled away and pressed your forehead against his and grinned "You're in love with me.... and in case you're wondering: yes I feel the same"

Kai smied at you and you kissed one more time, this time started by Kai "If it means I get to kiss you more, I would be very happy to explore my new feelings with you"
