Chapter 7: school projects

Laneys p.o.v

Today was the day I had to "kiss" Larry, and watch penny kiss core, I was Still mad at him I know I can't take over his love life I guess. I'm just upset, ever since Larry asked me to the dance we secretly went on a date the other day, it was fun we went to an amusement park.

I sat beside him as usual "hey Larry" I said. "Hey Laney" he said back. We both looked down and blushed a bit. "Okay class we have our presentations today" the teacher said.

"First we will have Kim and kin preform their play." She said. I watched Kim and kin walk up to the stage, the play was interesting about a mystery in rocklympis,

Then, kon and that random guy did their presentation, then it was me and Larry's turn, we started saying our lines and then the time came to our kiss scene "okay time to do it" I thought. we both leaned in and, the bell rang. " Oh well umm we did our presentation" I said. As we walked out of class core came up to us and said "lanes can I talk to you now?". "No core I don't want to talk" I said to him as me and Larry walked away from.

Larrys p.o.v

I'm so used to Laney fangirling over Corey not ignoring him, what have our feelings done to us? I really like Laney she's cool that's why I asked her to the dance, I just wish Carrie felt the feelings I feel for her though.

"So Laney umm wanna go somewhere after school?" I asked. "Sure why not" she said. Then we walked to lunch me and Laney ordered the same thing as me since we have the same interests in things.

we sat down together, I noticed Corey giving Laney looks but he didn't notice me watching him for a few seconds, I looked back at Laney and we talked again, then I saw Carrie she didn't look too happy she walked around today looking a little upset.

Carries p.o.v

I walked down the cafeteria a little upset, because Larry is ignoring me.

we are the best of friends but then I ruined all that, sometimes I wish that didn't happen even though it was two nights ago.

things changed for the both of us it just isn't the same. I liked Larry a lot but just as a friend. things will go the same again soon, I hope.
