A New Friend.

Sunlight came through the cracks in the blinds of Ash's room, slowly inching towards Ash, until the light went into his eyes and eventually, Ash woke up from unconsciousness. He then turned his head to the left and smiled as he saw the sleeping form of his girlfriend Serena, not having a care in the world.

Ash just stared at his girlfriend's sleeping form, wondering what was going through her dreams. Eventually, Serena woke up and gave him his morning kiss.

Mewtwo, Mew, and Raichu woke up as well and gave greetings to all, but the noise awoke Mewthree, who seemed to have the energy of 50 hyperactive Bonnie's. Mewthree was bounding everywhere, with incredible enthusiasm, and this woke up Bonnie, Clemont, Red and Delia.

After the household woke up, breakfast was made by Ash and Red, who both had culinary arts equalling Delia.

After a hardy breakfast, Ash, Red, Bonnie, Serena, James, Jessie and Meowth packed for their trip to Johto so Ash could retake the Johto Silver Conference.

Delia drove the group to the airport and said goodbye to her son and husband along with the others in the group.

The group took their seats, with Jessie and James in one row, Bonnie and Clemont in the opposing row, Red by himself, finally Serena and Ash in their own row and Raichu in Ash's lap. After a little while, the airplane took off and the group was on their way to Johto.

Time Skip...

The massive airplane touching down on the runway jarred Ash awake and he looked around to see his group were also awake.

The group then departed from the airplane and after 40 minutes, the group were in the Johto region, ready to begin the trek to the Johto Silver Conference.

However, Ash and his band met Professor Elm and he said he had a important mission for them: several high ranking officials of Team Darkness had been seen in the area and they needed to be stopped before they hurt anyone.

Ash agreed to help and soon, he was scouting the area for any members of Team Darkness.

He and the group had changed their outfits form this scouting mission: they all wore clothing that was darker than the night, it consisted of thick armor over their chests, heavy traction boots, gauntlets on their arms that had their insignia on them:  a light blue phoenix that was soaring towards the heavens, wings spread out to show their full magnificence, talons ready to strike at a moments notice. The groups new outfits also had pull over hoods to hide  their faces and round, blue spheres in the palms of their gloves that radiated of power, for these were the Aura Orbs: direct connections to the users own aura.

The group snuck through the woods without so much as disturbing a single blade of grass as they scoured the land for a sign of Team Darkness and they located the base in an abandoned mining facility near New Bark Town.

The Ex-Team Rocket team took the Northern entrance, Bonnie and Clemont took the Western entrance, Red too the Eastern entrance and Ash and Serena took the Southern entrance.

The Rocket trio knocked out several patrol officers then they shut off the perimeter alarm system and finally, the trio took the internal alarm system so the others could then operate with absolute discrepancy.

Clemont and Bonnie went through the ventilation shaft system and took out the security hub station, while also knocking down the main computer, so the Team Darkness personnel could not reactivate the alarm system.

Red took on the security teams all around the base and tied the knocked out enemies and placed them in the transport trucks.

Red also freed the captured Pokémon and released them into the wild.
