~Scarlett Kimura's p.o.v~
-On Monday, at 7:35am-
I hear my annoying phone alarms going off in my bedroom. I rolled over on my side facing the wall and snuggle in my soft blankets away from my window, not letting any sunlight on me.
Yup. This is how my life became, a lazy burrito. No questions asked.
"Scarlett, time to get up now. I heard Pierce The Veil is coming to town today," A familiar voice said softy, as I jump out of bed in joy of hearing one of my favorite bands name.
"Pierce The Veil?! Where? How come they didn't tell this news on Twitter!" I exclaimed in joy, rushing over to my drawers to get my skinny jeans and the band shirt of them.
"They didn't, I just want you to get up for school," My dad-the mood killer- chuckles at me. "I knew that would work. Every time." He states like it's all too casually playfully. Sadly it is normal.
I scoff at him with a pout, as I shake my head lazy at him. "Not cool dad, not cool." I said dryly, putting my band shirt away and get my school uniform shirt instead. My uniform is simple design, there's three top buttons with a collar on my neck part. There's my school logo on the top right side, all in navy blue and few white strips on collar and my school name under the logo of the shirt.
"But worked, didn't it?" He reasons, as I twitch my left eye in annoyed for killing my hopes and dreams about Piece The Veil not coming to town. But I know I can't stay mad at my dad forever.
"No comment, now go annoy mum or the birds outside. I need to change" I state, as I shove my dad out of my bedroom playfully.
"Alright, alright I'm going, I'm going. Calm down Scar." My dad stated back playfully as he close my bedroom door and I'm assuming he's gonna annoy mum. Good luck mum. May the force be with you.
I slowly start taking off my slept in clothes and put on my fresh clean skinny jeans along my school uniform on. I kicked my dirty clothes infront of my door to remind myself to put it in the wash. I go back to my drawers to put on some black socks to warm my feet.
I start brushing my long brown hair slowly and put it in a ponytail, not too low or too high somewhere in the middle where it's good. Not too tight or too lose. Just a prefect amount of grip to hold my brown hair.
Man, I'm good at poetry.
I grab my school packed bag with today's subjects; Science, History, Sports and Maths. I make my way to the door as I almost trip over my dirty clothes. I sighed in annoyed as I put my bag down on the floor and pick up my dirty clothes to wash.
I come back to my bedroom and pick up my bag and take phone off charger. I like my bag, it's so organized. It's baby blue colour all over along chocolate brown at the bottom of the bag, with a front zipper at the bottom where I put small things in there and a big zipper at the back to put books.
I walked in the kitchen to find my parents talking, with their backs on me. Gross image incoming. My dad is hugging my mum behind her with his head snuggling her neck along with his arms around her waist while she's trying to butter a toast bread, she's even giggling what my dad is saying. I have to end this before my eyes will go blind thanks to them.
"Ewwww, cooties!" I exclaimed childishly loudly, to get their attention that I'm here. I don't necessarily like seeing my parents too close with lovey doevy actions. I walked into that ish way too many times in my little fetus days.
My parents turned their head at me, as dad slowly pecks a kiss on mum's neck and finally releasing her. My mum simply smiles warmly at her husband and me "Oh hey Scar, did you sleep well?" My mum asked warmly, as she places a plate of toast with butter on the counter for me to eat.
