Indigo diamond- yeah I'm basically WIPing around here

Characters part 1

Okay this is a MAJOR work in progress since I'm always adding characters but here we go:

Indigo (AKA Indigo Diamond, but we're calling her Indigo in here to avoid confusion cause her mom is also named Indigo Diamond and yeah it's gonna get confusing)-
Reincarnation/Daughter of Indigo Diamond, was born on earth after her mother's gemstone fell onto earth and washed into a cave in beach city. She lived in the cave for a few days, figuring out how to walk and speak and stuff and being very nervous in general, before being found by a now teenage Steven Universe.  She was super nervous at first and Steven saw that so he kind of hung out with her for a couple days, going back to the temple every night, obviously, because that cave was a sucky place to sleep and because Pearl wanted him to.  One day he decided to show Indigo his home and they went on a field trip outside of the cave for the first time. He took her to the city first and then they sat on the beach for a while to relax before going to the temple and meeting the gems. Now skip forward almost a year and Indigo, now very much in love with Yellow Pearl btw, (I don't really know how, that lady is some pretty prickly stuff) (oh yeah and she joined the crystal gems kinda like peridot after the war ended... Ah this is gonna get complicated)  discovers (with Pearl) while looking in some dusty old gem library, that her mother was apart of an undercover task force for Rose Quartz that broke apart from the rebellion.  And we're gonna end there because  then we get into Indigo Diamond's history.  Anyways for personality, she's pretty quiet but really enjoys being around other people and gems.  Also when she has opinions on stuff she isn't afraid to voice them and she complains a lot. In general she is very naive, but she learns quickly.  Since Indigo Diamonds are the deformed diamonds they were never apart of the great diamond authority and generally have relatively short life-spans always getting reborn without memories from their past life.

Indigo Diamond (mom of Indigo)-  originally was discovered on earth (the Indigo Diamonds have a history of having a connection to earth) as a new gem (somewhat like her daughter)  by Rose Quartz. She was sent to homeworld at the same time a Pearl was made for her for unknown reasons by one of Rose Quartz's teams stationed on homeworld.  She was trained originally with this team after Indigo Pearl was sent to another team led by Cat's Eye, so she and Indigo Pearl never ended up meeting until much later.  After battle training, she was sent back to earth to fight for Rose Quartz which she did willingly after seeing some of the devastation homeworld had caused to earth, her original home.  Buuuut  when Lapis was trapped in the mirror (who she had made a special bond with, while fighting for Rose Quartz)  she ran away  and used a portal to go back to her original team on homeworld, only to find they had been disbanded and moved to other locations.  She eventually wound up with Cat's Eye's covert ops  team right when they were about to split off from Rose Quartz's rebellion, and ended up leading them for the rest of the war.  She bonded with Indigo Pearl and instead of having her serve her, they fused frequently and were quite in love. After the war right around the time Jasper's ship crashed on earth, Indigo Diamond managed to sneak on so she could go back to her home planet, which she was missing a lot.  She decided to go without anybody as she felt a strong urge to go home but also knew that she probably wasn't going to make it if she wanted to stay undiscovered.  She ended up dying in the crash and her gem was swept into the cave in beach city after falling into the ocean.   She was a defected gem, having her gem in her mouth which made her unable to talk, but she was taught gem sign language as a part of her training, so she was a fluent communicator with anybody who understood her (thankfully Indigo Pearl was also taught that in preparation to be her servant, so they could communicate very easily).

Okay that's the first part for now.  Obviously this is all really WIPy  and incomplete so it probably makes no sense right now sorry.  This is honestly just a place where I'm writing down my ideas and any feedback would be cool! Thanks!
