For girls: Wear a fake moustache and beard and walk around leaning on a cane, but use a high-pitched voice when speaking, for the next twenty-four hours.
For guys: Put on bright red lipstick and carry around a pink handbag/purse, but use a deep and low voice when speaking, for the next twenty-four hours.
