Okay, I got this idea that since -Bronze- is probably feeling lonely on the other account we would request people we trust to be an Outside Friend. You still have to take the survey and fill out the requirements, but just an idea.
If you get requested, you should feel honored (I kid, I kid). You can comment your reply (example: Sure! Or I'll look at requirements now!) If you don't want to be an Outside Friend and we request you, just comment no thanks. We TOTALLY understand.
