Moving To Minnesota(read description)

When all of our stuff was in the house, we started to unpack. It took two hours but whatever, it was worth it to get most of it completed.
"Bridget?" my mom asked me
"Yes mom?" I replied nervous because I didn't know what she would say.
"Do-"she started the paused for about thirty seconds. "Do you miss him too?"
"Of course mom why wouldn't I?" I replied back.
Tears streamed down her face, yet again, for almost the fifth time just today. Of course I miss him, he's my dad. I mean like how can I NOT miss him? Maybe something will brighten up in the future. I say to myself.
"Bridget?" my mom asks again
"Yeah?" I ask back
"Wanna go to bed?" she asked
It was about 8:51 at night. She never goes to bed this early.
"Sure."I replied. We walked up stairs. I lied in my bed. I dozed of before I knew it.

               ******Morning******

I woke up to the nice feeling of warm sunshine in my face.
Dang it! I think. We forgot to put up curtains. Whatever.
I went downstairs and saw my mom.
"Want to go to hot topic?" She asked. "Sure."I replied. "But can we go to more stores then just Hot Topic?"
"Yeah." My mom chuckled. My mom was cool. She knew all of the popular stores that was trending at the moment.
I change into a black shirt that said "it's a Bridget thing, you wouldn't understand". I got that for my 15th birthday and I put on baby blue jeans as well. Don't judge me. I know how unfashionable I am.
I missed my best friends, Carmen and Melissa. I decided to give them a message.
Me: Hey Carm. Miss you and Lissa.💕
Carmen🍭:hey Bridg. Miss you sm! How's Minnesota?
Me:eh.
Carmen🍭: did you meet Justin?!
Me: nope. Gtg. We're going to the mall.
Carmen🍭: Kk. Ttyl.💝
Me: ttyl✌🏼️
Next, I texted Melissa.
Me: hey Lissa. Miss ya sm💘
Lissa💕:miss you too Bridg! Hru? Nvr mind just sc me!
Me: Kk. But when I get home from the mall?
Lissa💕: k. Ilysm. Ttyl

"B! Are you ready?" Mom called
"Yes. Coming!"I yelled
And off to the mall we went.

                      *Mall*
The first thing we did when we got there was go to rue 21. There were super cute things there, cuter then what we had back home. I didn't buy anything though.
Next, we went to Bos Covs and as soon as we walked in there were cameras flashing everywhere, everyone crowded around someone, or something, and people screaming super loudly.
"What's all the commotion about?" my mom said.
"I'm not sure." I answered.
I walked up to see what everyone was screaming about.
I couldn't believe it!
