It Was Her

A New School

"MAYA!!!!" my mother started yelling at me. "Yes mom!?" I shouted back. "Hurry up you're going to be late for your first day of school!" That sentence made me want to throw up. I had just recently moved to a new city called Jackson Burrow. The town was nice, it had a lot of trees and there were two highschools. My mom of course made me go to the one which was furthest from our new home because she stated that "the walk home will make great opportunities for you to meet new friends". Of course I wanted to make friends but I am and never was a very outgoing person. That's also kinda the reason why I left my old city. I was really shy so many people took advantage of that. I got bullied almost every day and it got to the point where I would come home with some part of my body broken or cut.
"Maya come out come on!" Gosh darnit I guess I better get going. "OK mom bye I love you!" I am so not ready for this.
At the moment I got to school I just stood back and looked at it because it was so huge. "That building has about one thousand classrooms" I said to myself. I was right about to climb up the steps to go inside when someone scared the crap out of me. "Big building huh? You new here?" It was a very soft but demanding voice and it was coming from a girl. I was ready for the worst. I turned around only to find myself staring directly into the most beautiful set of eyes I had ever seen. Her complexion was spotless and her hair was so soft and it was very long. "H-hi" I said to her on a very soft voice. Obviously you could hear the panic in my tone. "What's your name blue eyes?" At the moment I was laughing in my head because I was surprised she had noticed my eyes. I never really thought anyone would care enough to notice my features. " My name is Maya. What's yours ?" I said to her. "Well hello Maya my name is Natalia". Natalia...name so beautiful it practically made me blush. As soon as I opened my mouth to compliment her beauty , the bell rang and she left running so swiftly. At that moment I new I was in for something great.
