Kevin's POV

I wish I had a different life. No one notices me, they don't even spare me a glance. They walk past me like a a ghost. I guess all they see is an 18 year old kid with blonde hair and light green eyes. And this isn't just outside. No, no, no. This is in my own home. My house. Im a stranger in my home. No, not a stranger, an outcast. I have 4 sisters and 3 brothers. I'm the youngest. The forgotten child.

We have a 4 story house. A basement, A living room and kitchen on the first floor, second floor is the girls, third is the boys, and the fourth, that's the attic. My room isn't with the boys. Nope. it's the attic the freaking attic. I eat barly anything because my brothers, Jake, Brandon, and Zeke, eat almost everthing, and I almost never get the TV because my sisters, Sarah, Keaton, Skaii, and Amanda, watch The Bachelor all day, and the basement? Its just plain creepy. So all day I sit on my bed and read. I don't have many books, but it doesn't matter. I can use what I have to entertain myself. When I asked for a poloroid camara to occupy myself, my parents said It was luxury. When they said that I scoffed. Luxury? No Jake's car is luxury. He can have a car but I can't have a camara. Great parents they are.

So here I am today in the grocery store doing my moms errands while she attends her yoga class. She gave me the longest list ever. So long, I might stay here all day. I look at the list occasionally to see what we need. The whole time I'm shopping I keep thinking that if my brothers weren't such freaking pigs, I wouldn't be here.

As I'm walking around the store my eyes occasionally scan the area, and as I'm going into the checkout I saw her. She was one word. Breathtaking. I stood there dumbfounded. Quickly I went in line behind her. She had sleek brown hair and dark blue eyes. her feature were fascinating. She was amazing. I gently tapped her shoulder.
"H-hi" I stuttered. She turned around, looked at me with curious eyes, then turned around without a word.
"Um hello?" I say for the second time. Again she turns around.
"Do you know who I am?" she remarks.
"Should I?" I quip back.
"I'm Cassidy Ecoliasis, King Ecoliasis' daughter." she pauses but continues "Should I know you?" she says mocking my words.
"No, no you should not. Sorry for wasting your precious time Queen Cassidy." with that I got out of that checkout line and went to another.

I quickly pay with my dad's credit card and leave. As I'm carrying my grocery bags down the street, I hear foot steps. I turn around to see Cassidy.
"Yes Queen Cassidy?" I say sarcasticly. "Your different..." she trails off.
"Tell me something I don't know." I reply.
"How come I've never seen you?" she says to me staring me straight in my eyes. I think about her question acting like I'm wondering how. I know exactly why. I just want a dramatic affect. I stare at her a moment longer. I notice she shorter than me probably 5'10 or 11. Then I reply.
"Because no one does sweetheart." With that I walk away. She yells something at me so I turn around and put my hand to my ear. She walks up to me. Then, I wasn't expecting this, she screamed at me.
"What is your name you immature child!"
"That's for me to know and for you to find out." This time I do walk away, but now I would never trade my life for someone else's. Because now, as I walk away with a smile on my face, I know that someone noticed me, and not just any someone. The Kings daughter noticed me. And that, well, it's a start.
