And in the country, there are 3 CENTRALS.
Let us go through the basic places, shall we?
The most superior CENTRAL in the country is called EASTON.
The second is WESTON (Where Catherine is now)
The third is DESERTON.
In each CENTRAL there is a FATHER which you can also call the LEADER of the CENTRAL.
Apparently, Connor just hit their FATHER and the FATHER can decide their punishment.
