I woke up early today. Maybe it si because I'm stressed about that interview or maybe it's because of the noise coming from room next to mine.
"Matt! Are you nuts?! It's only 7:30 a.m and you are already listening to that crap! I want to sleep!"
The volume went up after my words and suddenly the door was burst open and my lovely brother came in.
"Good morning sis! It's good to hear that you took your beauty sleep and you're in such a good mood."- Matt smirks and I groan. Sometimes he's just a pain in the... neck. Matt leaned against the wall and started to laugh.
"Please, don't make it today any harder than it already is, Matt."
"Oh, I see Meg, you're just stressed about the interview. Don't be, you'll be great. You're a warrior - you'll show them that you're an amazing artist as well as a person. Now I'll go downstairs and make you a breakfast.
I smiled and while he was exiting my room I felt this big need to hug him, but because of my laziness I just told him: "Thanks, M! I love you!"
How could I not? He knows me so well and helps me with everything. When we were younger he used to defend me from mean boys and girls. He is the one, who made me go to the audition of The X-factor. Matt always supports me even if we fight or tease each other.
It was almost 8:00 so I decided to take my morning shower and preper for interview. I turned the shower pushing the shower curtain as the water soaked my body. This hot shower was just so relaxing... I got out after washing also my hair and wrapped the white towel around my body. After blow drying my hair I went straight to wordrobe, so I could choose today's outfit. I thought a while about my options and decided to wear a straight black trousers and a burgundy, lacy shirt with matching burgundy high heels. I went natural wit my make-up. After that I grabbed my purse and headed downstairs. It was so quiet here today. On the counter I saw my cup of tea and a croissant. There was also a note which said "Mum and dad went earlier to work and I am at the gym, because I have a date later. Keep calm and show them what you're worth! - M." Great, they left me alone, how lovely. For them it's not a big deal. I'm just going on an interview where I'm performing with first single from my debut album. No, it's not that big deal, not at all... Who am I kidding?! Whole America is going to see this. IT IS BIG. Okay, maybe I've performed in The X-factor, but that was different. I've sang only well-known songs, which everone loves and what if no one's gonna like my song? And on The X-factor I also had Demi - she's been my mentor and she's helped me with everything - for example stress. Oh God, I'm freaking out! It's going to be alright, Meg. Everything's going to be just fine. Great, and now I'm even talking to myself...
While eating the croissant I've heard my phone ringing and when I saw Cassie's name on the screen I immediately cheered up.
"Hi Popstar! How are you? I know from some sources that you're going alone to this interview today. So, guess what! Not anymore! I'm going with you."
"Hi Cassie! That's great! I mean, I think I'm gonna need someone who will help me to stress out. By the way, who told you, that I'll be alone?"
"Oh, it was Matt. He texted me. He's a prick - he's chosen some chick over you. Anyway I'll be there in 10 minutes, so go get ready."
"So you're driving us taday? And I know he's a prick, you don't need to tell me."
"Yeap, I'm driving. See you."
I still had some time before Cassie came, so maybe it was good time to rehearse one more time a single. When I started playing the piano it felt good, like I wasn't in the livingroom or even not on the Earth, but in my own world, where only music metters. Suddenly I felt that someone was tapping me on the shoulder so I turned aroud ready to hit that someone but I saw my best friend standing beside me. Cassie smiled, took my purse and went to the hall, screaming "Okay Pop Star! We have to go now if you don't want to be late!"
"Yes mother I'm coming!" - I said jokingly standing up from the piano.
"Oh and by the way. There is this big party on Friday. And since it's last before summer break and we're after our exams pretty everyone from college will be there. I know that you havemuch work to do, but I thought it would be cool if we went. And if you're going to leave me alone in this college next year than you should definitely go with me as a compensation."
"You say partyyy? I know it and you know it - I need one, like a lot. After everything that happened this year, it's just crazy. I deserve it. You know 'a little party never killed nobody!" - I said singing the last part while we were exiting my house. Immediately I felt sun shining from the sky. How I love L.A. for it's weather. - "So if we're going on a party I want to go shopping after interview. We have to look good on Friday."
"I don't really have money now, Meg. I'm saving up for my trip to Australia."
"I know, that's why I'm buying your dress!"
"You can't..."
"Yes I can. - I paused. - And I want. It's the least I can do for you, Cassie. You're my best friend and you support me all the time"
Cassie looked at me with a big smile. -"Meg, you're the best. Love you! But there is something else you can do for me..."
"Which is?" - I asked not sure what she was talking about.
"Introduce me to One Direction. You told me that they will be there and when you'll finaly meet them, I could meet them too! I love them and their music!"
"Okay, okay. Will do that. I know that you're a Directioner."
"Yes, I am. I'm 20 and I am Directioner. Guess what? I'm proud of that."
"Easy girl. I'm not telling you that it's bad." - I said laughing.
"You'll see that after meeting them you'll fall in love with them, just like I did."
"But you haven't met them yet." - I teased. Cassie sanding me a death glare pulling away from my driveway.
While we were driving we sang few songs which were played on the radio and after 30 minutes we were in our destination. We still had some time but TV crew wanted to plug microphones in and they wanted to be sure that everything is ready. I hugged Cassie one last time before the interview.
"You'll be great. And now leeet's get ready to rumble!" - Cassie shouted after me showing me thumbs up. I laughed enetering the backstage while she stayed in the audience.

I don't know if it's any good, because it's my first story ever. I feel a little bit like Megan before the interview xd I have a plan on how this story will go, so if you enjoy reading it I will hopefully end it the way I want it to end. Oh, and sorry for any grammar mistakes or anything that is written wrong.
