"Mr. Jones please report to my office." My boss called through my phone. I stood from my chair and walked out to the busy hallway, filled with new interns and workers fitting their way through to the copier to copy some important paperwork, like usual.
I finally reached my boss's office to find him telling his intern to get his some McDonalds coffee. Mmmm my favorite. "What up Mr. Washington?" I asked and he glared at me. He hates when I act all casual at work, as if I was just at home with my roommate Tony.
"How many times do I have to say... Stop acting like this your house Mr. Jones. We are a serious business here." I rolled my eyes since I have heard him say that so many times. "So what do you need boss? Some more paperwork for me to deal with. You know, I'm your hero." I laughed, getting another glare and a faceplam.
"I have noticed that you haven't had a vacation in a couple months so how about you go be a hero somewhere else?" I couldn't just believe what I just heard. A vacation! Finally! haven't had one in centuries! Well actually, I haven't been alive for that long. I could just laugh at myself right now.
"Thanks boss! See ya around! I'll make sure I'll send postcards!" I said before running out of there and hurrying home. "TONY I'M GOING ON A VACAY WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!" I yelled as I ran up the stairs.
Tony followed me upstairs and watched me packed. He started talking, but here's the thing... He speaks some weird language that no one else understands or hasn't even heard of it, but I can. "Are you going on vacation?" He asked me and I replied with "Yeah! Although I haven't figured out where the heck I should go..."
"Well I got mailed something saying that I need to visit Egypt for a while for a family reunion. But I don't wanna go."
"Well buddy, I can go there for ya! I do really want to visit Egypt, and I have been wanting to go for awhile." I started packing stuff that could be useful in Egypt. Soon enough I will be seeing awesome structures like the Pyramids of Giza! Can't wait!
