Undyne

SO SORRY FOR NOT PUBLISHING IN A WHILE!!!

I sat down on a log. Sans was beside me, drinking ketchup. Papyrus was curled up on the ground beside me, and Undyne was also beside me, tail swishing back and forth, while her scarred eye twitched violently. I rested my hand on her head, and she flinched, but then relaxed and nuzzled my hand in return. How did I catch an Undyne? Funny story, really.

"Thanks for waiting. Your Undermon are back to full health." Nurse Joy's Toriel was wheeling a stretcher over to me with all my Underballs and Sans on top. I picked up the Underballs and Sans hopped down to my backpack and rummaged around. For ketchup. Again. Sigh. I can't keep him fed, dang it. "You ready to go to Hotland?" "Sans." "Yah, touristing is in order first." I was totally getting better at understanding Sans. We stepped out of the Undermon Centre and checked around for Chara or those Team Whatever psychos. After assuring the coast was clear, we left Waterfall and continued on. Right after we left, we ran into an Undyne. She growled and blocked our path. Suddenly, I realized that it was the same Undyne that Team Geno-whats-it had dude had with him. She still had the vest on. I quickly flipped out the UnderDex and learned the species wielded magical spears. Oh, what? No, the UnderDex didn't tell me that. She threw one at my head is what happened. I took off running, straight past her and to Hotland. She growled and gave chase. Sans poked his head out of my backpack and set bone obstacles, but she slithered around them like a snake. And then I realized that she was slowing down. We had entered a hot cave area. I stopped running as she collapsed. "Oh my gosh!" Quickly I sprinted to her and tried to lift her up, to get her to the Undermon Center, but she was too heavy. "C'mon!!" Without thinking, I whipped out an Underball and tapped her with it. She disappeared inside and I sprinted to the Undermon center.
"Nurse Joy! Please help this Undyne!" Nurse Joy looked surprised at seeing me again, but she helped just as eagerly.
"Here's your Undermon. We have to see you again!" She smiled kindly. "Oh, it's not my Undermon!" I laughed until I felt the ball in my hand. "Oh. I guess she is." Undyne looked up at me, slightly growling. "C-c'mon. Let's go. Thanks, Nurse Joy!"
"So. Do you wanna stay with me?" Undyne let out a confused noise. "Y'know. If you don't wanna travel with me... It's okay." "Un... Undyne." She nodded. "Great! Pals?" She nuzzled my hand. "We have a new friend, Sans!" I looked around. "Sans? Sans!? SANS!" I sprinted off, Undyne in tow, to where I had accidentally left my partner.

I'm terribly sorry that this is a lame chapter. But I've been offline and I have an original project in the works and I'm kinda busy at the moment. I hope to get Alphys, Mettaton, Asgore, and Asriel into this as soon as possible!! I am filled with determination to do this!!!
