Dog fight {hiatus, most likely discontinued}

A few hours had passed since the arrival of the new bunny hybrid, seokmin and seungkwan had returned home not too long ago with Mingyu, the pup being desperate to see the new hybrid. But Jeonghan wasn't letting him through the bedroom door at all.

"Hyuuuuung! He's not letting me see the new hybrid" Mingyu wined as he came into the sitting room where his owner and his friends had been speaking. "He even swiped at me when I went to open the door anyway!" Mingyu exclaimed, his husky ears pinning back as his tail hung low, flopping down in the empty space next to Soonyoung.

Soonyoung placed a hand on the puppy boys head, gently ruffling his hair. "It's alright, I'll let you see him when he wakes up, yeah?" Soonyoung smiled, watching as mingyus tail began to tump against the chair.

"Yeah!" Mingyu smiled, now satisfied that he could get to see the new hybrid without jeonghan stopping him.

"Just don't scare him or anything. Your quite the extrovert and he's more of an introvert, so your outgoing personality might come across intimidating to such a shy and frightened boy" Soonyoung said as he leaned back into the sofa, allowing Mingyu to rest his head in his lap so he could continue to play with the boys hair. Since Mingyu enjoyed having soonyoungs long fingers comb through his hair.

"Mhmm, I'll be good" Mingyu hummed softly, his eyes slowly drifting closed as he let out a sigh of content.

A few minutes passed before mingyus breathing seemed to deepen, his body completely relaxing under soonyoungs touch as he drifted off to sleep with a smile on his face. The four boys looked at the husky hybrid in awe, he looked so peaceful as he slept.

"Your really good with your hybrids" seokmin suddenly piped up, glancing up at his older friend who was sitting opposite to him. "I've seen some people treat there hybrid like utter shit but you, you treat them like a prince"

"Jeonghan is more like a princess" joshua stated followed by the others agreeing with that he said. Jeonghan sure could be a princess when he wanted.

"It really amazes me watching them, they always bicker and argue but when it comes down to it, they can work together rather well. Plus it's so fascinating to see the difference between them, each hybrid is different to the last. Jeonghan is much more independent then Mingyu, he could easily live by himself. But Mingyu would really struggle to do so, he needs that constant reassurance of someone being there. And he's much more animal like then Jeonghan, he'll run around a park for hours after a frisbee just like a pup, but Jeonghan would give you a back hander if you actually treated him like a cat" Soonyoung laughed to himself, remember having gotten a few nasty scratches off Jeonghan for rolling a ball of wool at him to play with. But everything all added up to his research about the hybrids.

"Don't give us another one of your hybrid lessons, I still have a headache from the last" seungkwan whined, never having been a particularly big fan of the hybrids. It's not that he didn't like hybrids, heck he loved soonyoungs too a lot. It's just, he'd never been able to grasp why people were so engrossed with a human that had ears and a tail as well as the odd animal characteristics.

Soonyoung simply shrugged his shoulders, brushing the boys comment off as he spoke up again "im still lost about what minghao had said, about the bad man...you think my dad could actually be the bad man?".

"Dunno, but I don't think we should just brush it off" seokmin reply to soonyoungs question.

"He's right, we shouldn't just leave it because it's your father. We need to find out who this 'bad man' is, because it sounds like he doing some wrong things to these poor hybrids" joshua sighed, going over what Soonyoung had told him minghao had said in his head, trying to put the pieces together.

"Well I have an idea" seungkwan said as a smirk began to form on his lips, glancing from each of his friends. "But I'm not sure how well it's going to work. Might come back with nothing, but it's worth a shot"

"Well if you think it's worth a shot then let's do it" Soonyoung said before saying "so, what's this idea of yours?".
