It's been 3 months since we been in our new house. Lorenzo been working at a club so he barely be here. I sat on the couch and turned the tv on.
"Mommy, where daddy?" Nathan asked coming in the living room.
"Work, he supposed to have been home. Let me call him."
I pulled out my phone and dialed his number.
"Wassupppp." He answered.
"Where you at?"
"Work bae, damn I'll be home in a few." He said.
"Are you drunk?" I asked.
"Why the fuck you worried about it? I do what I want. We ain't married." He said and hung up.
I put the phone down and cried. Every since he got that job he been acting different. He drinks often. I wiped my face and went upstairs to put everyone to bed.
I walked into Myah room and she was watching tv.
"Come on Myah, time for bed." I said picking her up laying her down in her bed.
"But daddy not here yet." She said frowning.
"You'll see him tomorrow ok." I kissed her cheek and turned her night light on.
I walked into Kaya room and she was already laying down sleep. I cut her night light on and walked out. I walked into Nathan room and he was getting in bed.
"Goodnight Nathan. Love you." I said.
"Night mommy."
I walked into Emazhae room and he was sleep in his crib. I walked over to him and looked at him. He looked just like Lorenzo. I kissed his forehead and walked out.
I walked into my room and got in the bed since I already took a shower. I took my phone out and saw my sister Aubree had texted. That's a surprise.
Sissy-Hey boo, wyd?
Me-laying down waiting on
Lorenzo to come home.
Sissy-where he at?
Me-'work' but when I called him he sounded drunk.
Sissy-lord, ima send you a plane ticket so you can come up here and we can spend time together and you could have a break away from him and the kids.
Me-sounds good.
Sissy-k talk to you later. Love you.
Me-love you too.
Just then Lorenzo walked in. He smelled like Liquor and perfume mixed together. He walked in the bathroom and took a shower. I shook my head and turned over.
He came out and got in the bed. I waited for him to try to talk to me but he just turned over and went to sleep. We were definitely gonna talk about this tomorrow.
