1) He Has Health Problems That Nobody Never Knew About.

2) He Lives With His Dad And His Mom Is Homeless Or Something And She Pursuaded Him To Leave The Group And Help Her Out.

3) Hes Getting Tired Of TM Talking About Him Or Something Like That. He Dosent Feel Appreciated For What He Does.

I Dont Know The Real Reason But I Really Dont Want Him To Leave. :'(

I Think They're Getting Someone To Replace Him Though.
