True ,loving, Agony

I'm a snake
With cold skin-
No emotions.
That slithers around
Searching for pray
With its tongue
Swallowing those who look weak...
I kill them.
Their souls die too...
Their dreams...
Their love...

I'm a sinner
a tragic creature
A killer
I'm a serpent.

So now I ask...
If I devoured humans.
And with the same mouth
Said 'I love you'
Would you say 'I love you' back?
If you knew what I was...
Would you still call me human?...
Or would you point and scream...
SERPENT.
Would you call me devil?
Would you shout snake?
Or would you say I'm a dragon?
One with snuffed out coal on his breath
It's talons broken
From the struggle
To free it's self of its own skin.

Would you consider how I ; the serpent felt?
How the made up villain in your head felt?
I became that villain for you.
But because I loved you.
Yet all I see in your eyes is spite.
Hatred.
Wrath.
You victimise your self...
Pity your self...
It's myopic how you think...
But you still have the gawd to call me
Monster...
Your venomous look;
Your no lamb...
Your the lion...
The one that kills...
The one who sees the serpent and sneers...
In the end.
Your as bad as me.
My love to you is now dead.
All I have instead
Is sickening agony.
