A Little Less
Little fingers, little toes,
Little limbs and little nose,
Little clothes with little shoes,
Little sighs at goofy coo's.
An intake of breath,
A whisp of hair,
Mouth stretched yawn,
No teeth in there.
Little hands, little fists,
Smooth cheeks, softly kissed,
Gently rocked, to and fro,
Like a river through and flow.
A little cough,
A wheezy groan,
Strained little murmurs,
None could have known.
Little flowers and little stone,
Little coffin, a wooden throne,
A little baby lay inside,
A little Angel fell and died.
