I am now backstage at the x-factor auditions, me being the next to audition. I feel as though a million butterflies erupted in my stomach and blew up, I certainly hope that will go away when I'm on stage.
My friends and family are all gathered up at my flat watching the show except for my best friend, whom is here with me backstage. Crap! they called my name I have to walk out now. Please God up above don't let me trip and fall in front of thousands of people.
I walk out smiling to the large audience and cameras nervous as crap.
"What's your name love?" Simon asked politely
"My name is Jessica Roland" I announced confident and anxiously
"How old are you?" asked the next judge Katy Perry
"I am 17"
"Were are you from?" asked the other judge Christina Agularia
"I'm from Dublin, Ireland"
"What song will you be singing for us today" asked Simon again
" I will be singing 'Skinny Love', Birdy's version "
The musical introduction started to play.

Simon raised his hand and the music stopped, along with my heart.
"That was probably the best audition we have heard today" Simon commented and I smiled
"Thank you" I said
"Actually I agree with Simon, that was beautiful" announced the other judge Christina Agularia
"Thank you" I said
"I have to say that your just too young and inexperienced" said Katy Perry as the crowd booed
"Lets vote now ?" asked Simon and the others nodded " Christina?"
"Yes" she announced
"Yes" said Simon
Katy looked at the others and to the audience chanting 'yes' and sighed" Looks like your making it through to bootcamp, I say Yes" said Katy
"Thank you " I said trying to pushback the tears and the crowd cheered happily. Then I walked off of the stage trying not to fall, and also trying to be fast. I ran and attacked my best friend hugging the life out of her.
Then the host guy came over with a camera.
"I guess your moving on to bootcamp then huh?" he asked
" Yeah" I replied on cloud nine
" Well how do you feel?" he questioned
" I feel absolutely fantastic"
Obviously I feel on top of the world Mr host guy! Silly Americans.
"Great, well we will be right back with the next contestant Jon Hogonburger" he said excitedly looking at the camera and we all wave at the camera smiling like a bunch of ejits.
After, we went to my flat and found that my mom made a wonderfully burnt cake that said congrats in green icing. I still ate it though. I'd hate to waste a perfectly fine cake.
