Epilogue

(Okay, I think Lisanna is a beautiful, kind, loving girl, but I needed someone who had a good connection with Natsu!! And plus, they were childhood friends and all. I also needed a love rival......*rubs hands together greedily* MWAHAHHAHAHA)

Normal POV

Natsu was now an old man. He never forgot about Lucy, no matter how many beautiful and kind women passed by. He is staying at a hospital, for he is very sick. He would always tell his personal nurse about Lucy.

"Say, sir, why do you love this Lucy so much? Is she that beautiful?" He sighed.

"It was never her looks, although she was like an angel. She would always light up my day when I felt down, and she would always give me that smile. That beautiful smile that made me smile. There was never this spark between me and Lisanna, ya know? But Lucy was so loving and caring. I wish I had never ignored her..."

"I see..." The nurse looked at her watch. "Well, it's time for your medicine." Then suddenly he grabbed her arm.

"Wait...please....let me go up with her...." She looked at him. He looked like he wanted to see her so badly, and she couldn't do it anymore. "I see. If you wish, sir." He smiled, letting go of her arm.

Then he fell into a deep sleep.

Natsu woke up to the sound of birds chirping. He opened his eyes, catching a glimpse of bright yellow. He jolted up, running towards the blonde. But she quickly disappeared.

"Huh, that's funny, I don't remember running this fast..." He thought.

He slowed down, walking to a sparkling pond. He looked down at his reflection.

His features were completely different.

There were no wrinkles on his skin, and his eyes weren't a shade of gray anymore. His hair wasn't white anymore; it was the same salmon color when he was a teen.

When he was a teen. When Lucy died.

"Natsu?" He turned around, finding a beautiful woman standing behind him.

"Lucy..?" She laughed, running in his arms. He hugged back, swinging her in the air.

"I'm so glad you came....I've been waiting for such a long time.." She whispered slowly.

He tilted her chin up. "Hey, Lucy?"

"Yeah..?"

"I love you."

"Yeah. Me too, Natsu. Me too."
