"Now, to do a right face movement, you move your left foot in front of your right foot a few inches, and then pick up your left heel and the ball of your right foot, leaving the ball of your left foot and your right heel on the ground, and pivot, like so. Very good! You guys are quick learners! Practice that a few more times and I'll watch you okay?" After seeing the new cadets learn that as fast as they did she moved onto about face. "Okay, so you pick up your right foot with your hip, and- wait hold on a minute," she sat down and observed everyone who was there's wrists for a watch. She saw a watch on the left wrist of a teenage boy about her age. "You, can you come here real quick?" He looked confused but walked over, abandoning his flight.
"Yeah?" He asked, wondering what the girl was on about. She grabbed his arm quickly with her right arm as she had her two fingers of her other hand on her jugular. After a few slow passing seconds and just about everyone who was there staring at them, she spoke. Softly and calmly.
"180. Tachycardia, lightheadedness, tingling in the extremities. Hypoxia. Vfib." She looked at the boy whose wrist she still hadn't let go of. "I need a doctor immediately. I can't get up, I can only do minimal movement or I will have a heart attack. Do you understand? There is a hospital somewhat close to here and I don't want to go in an ambulance. Do you understand?"He nodded with slight fear in his eyes, and trust in her. "I could carry you, would that be okay?" She nodded her head slightly, lightheaded, close to passing out. He leaned down and put his arm under her knees as he used his other arm to bring up her back. Her head rested against his chest as he began swiftly walking to the door. Without asking, a young cadet opened the door for him. He walked into a room of older adults, chatting over donuts. The room was filled with silence until everyone started asking questions, suffocating the poor kid as he ignored them until he yelled whilst walking out the door into the bright sunlight, "I'm taking her to the hospital, it'll be okay."
He opened up the passenger door to his grey car, gently setting her down as though she was a doll that would break any second. He ran over to the drivers side and started the car. When he started the vehicle he whispered "it'll be okay, I promise" as though she could hear him.
When he got to the hospital about a minute and a half later he carried her inside as he screamed for help. "How long has she been unconscious?" A woman asked, to which he replied, "just a few minutes, less than five." She had him put the unconscious girl on a table as she put an oximeter on her finger and grabbed supplies from various cupboards and asked for more nurses and a doctor and told her carrier to go sit in the waiting room and someone would be in there soon to ask him a few questions.

A/N- Ahhhhh cliffhanger! Also sorry if I messed anything up I'm not looking anything up and just using personal experience. I know it hasn't really gotten into anything too medical yet but it will and I'll try to make it as realistic as possible but I don't think thatll be too hard for me. Anyways thanks for reading and leave a vote if you'd feel so inclined :)
