Tree shadow after tree shadow darkens parts of the car. orange,red,yellow leafs fall down like if dancing gracefully in a rocking motion. It isn't long before I spot grass,animals and ...finally human beings. My father has friends From out in the country . As my father drives To the farm ,I feel small bumps and crunching noises beneath me. I look outside and were on a rocky path.
'Hey dad , when do we get To the place that will change me for the better?"
I say it with a little bit of sarcasm at the end.
' In about a half hour. '
Just great. I can't believe I'm being dragged away From my friends and my home To a place I've never been before .Leaving my comfort and friends behind, there's nothing I really want To do.
I end up falling asleep as the half hour goes by. Even though I was sleeping ,I still felt the bumps on the rockie road. I feel the car stop . I hear door opening and then shutting. I feel shaking But I don't bother To open my eyes.I finally open One eye. My dad is shaking me like if he was To check if I was still alive. I look around To my surroundings .Nothing seems familiar. No One around. Blue skies and the clouds looked fluffier than ever. The smell of cow or horse crap immediately hit me. I am fully awake To the sight of a new place.
'where am I?' I say perplexed. My dad looks at me and gives a small nod and smiles side.
'we're here...'
