The Nobodies: The Masked Men

Chapter Two

    Here's a picture of Zoella. This is pretty much what she wore on the first day of school. Hope you enjoy chapter 2 :)

    "Hurry, we're gonna be late for the first day of school." Audrey said, as she was rushing her friends, who were still getting their shoes on.
"I'm going as fast as I can. I am only one person ya know." Zoella said.
"Yeah, one person who takes ten minutes to tie their shoes."
Zoella finished tying her black converse and stood up, off of her bed.
"Finally!" Audrey said.
The girls grabbed their bags and ran to the quad to meet the boys so they could walk to class together.
"You girls look nice." Liam said as the girls got over to them.
Audrey wore an orange and white chevron dress with black converse. Zoella wore a light grey v-neck shirt with skinny jeans and black converse. Bree wore a plaid shirt and skinny jeans with converse.
"Thanks!" Audrey said.
"Audrey, what class do you have?" Liam asked.
"Biology." She answered.
"I'll walk you. My Spanish class is down the hallway from your bio class."
"Ok, thanks."
"Ooh Liam!" Evan said, making fun of him.
"Dude, shut up."
Audrey laughed. "Come on, let's go before we're late."
"See you guys second period!" Liam said. He fist bumped Evan behind his back as he walked away.
"So, ready for the first day?" Liam asked Audrey, walking to class.
"Kinda. Are you?" She asked.
"Yeah."
"That's good."
"Yeah."
"Yeah..."
A sophomore boy ran into Audrey, making her drop her books, but they hovered right above the ground.
"I'm so sorry!" The boy said.
"It's fine." Audrey said.
"Audrey, your books!" Liam said.
"What the heck?" Audrey asked.
"It's you!" The boy said to Audrey.
Audrey's face turned red and her small, sweaty hands began shaking.
"Me? What's me?"
"You're the girl with her group of magical friends Emily was talking about!"
"The girl? Who's Emily?"
"Emily is my friend who sees the future. She's the other girl in The Nobodies."
"What's The Nobodies?" Liam asked.
"A group of special teens with powers. Audrey, you obviously have telekinesis."
"Am I dreaming?" Audrey asked.
"No." The boy looked at Liam. "Liam, you must be the strength!"
"How do you know our names?" Liam asked.
Liam started getting nervous about this random teenage boy he pulled Audrey close to him.
"Emily told me. She also showed me. You guys need to see the principle with me right now. Grab your friends too!"
"Dude, we don't even know you."
"I'm Cayden. Now come with me." Cayden started walking towards the principal's office.
Audrey and Liam looked at each other and followed Cayden, while texting the rest of their friends to meet them at the principal's office right away.

"Why'd you call us here?" Evan asked Audrey and Liam.
"So, some guy ran into Audrey and knocked her books onto the ground, although they never touched the ground. They just hovered there. He said she had telekinesis and she was the girl his friend Emily was talking about. Apparently all of us are the new additions to the Nobodies." Liam said.
"The Nobodies?" Bree asked.
"It's a group of special kids or something like that?"
The door to the principal's office opened and Cayden stood in the doorway. "You guys can come in."
The group went into the office and stood around the wooden desk. Principal Greyson sat at his desk.
"Hello Mr. Greyson." Evan said.
"Please, call me Henry." Henry said.
"Uh."
"Only The Nobodies get to call me by my first name, because I was one of you. I was the minds of the investigations. That's why I'm principal now, but since I'm getting old, I need some new troops to keep the school safe. I chose you five to join Cayden and Emily. Welcome to the Nobodies!"
"Henry, maybe they should know their powers before you welcome them to the group." Cayden said.
"Right." Henry looked at Audrey. "You move things with your mind." He looked at Liam. "You move things with your body. Just put your mind to it, and you could lift a car on your own." He looked at Zoella. "You're the gymnast. Your flexible and can squeeze into small spaces." He looked at Evan. "Your what I was, the brains. You work the computers and basically run the investigations." He looked at Bree. "And you, you're the artist. You do the costumes and the acting."
"Welcome to The Nobodies!" Cayden said.
"Woah, we don't even know if we want to do this or not." Liam said.
"You have to, or the school will be in danger. The bad things want revenge and you guys are the only ones that could stop them. I'm begging you, please." Henry said.
"I don't know. This sounds kinda dangerous. We don't even know who you guys are. You could be axe murderers for all we know." Bree said.
"Axe murderers?" Henry said under his breath.
"How about a trial mission?" Cayden said. "You guys will do this first mission and decide if the nobodies is right for you.'
The group stared at each other. They thought that somehow staring into each other's eyes would help them make a decision.
"I'm in." Evan said. "It sounds fun."
"Ada boy!" Henry said. "Anyone else?"
"I'll do it." Bree said.
"Me too." Audrey said.
Soon, Liam was the only one that hadn't agreed to be on the team. He just stood there, looking at his friends.
"C'mon Liam. You can't break up squad." Evan said, putting his arm around him.
"Yeah Liam." Audrey said.
"Ok ok, I'll do it." Liam said.
"Yay!" The group cheered.
"So, what now?" Liam asked.
"You need to go unpack your things from your dorms. You get to live in the Nobodies house." Henry said.
"Dont lie to them, it's not a house." Cayden said.
"What?" Liam asked.
"It's a mansion."
"A mansion? Where?" Zoella asked.
"It's across the street from the school."
"We get to be part of an amazing team of special teens and live in a mansion? I've got to be dreaming!" Audrey said.
"I can't wait to tell my family!" Zoella said.
"No!" Henry yelled.
This caused everyone to jump in fear. Henry yelled in a deep manly voice no one had ever heard before.
"What?"
"You can't tell anyone about this! It's top secret. Not even the school board knows about this!"
"Ok geez."
"You guys should start unpacking, we have a lot of planning to do." Cayden said.
"Yeah. Let's go guys." Liam said.
"I'll see you guys at the mansion."
"See ya there!" Bree said.
