Chapter 4- New Stuff

Cleaning the dishes sucked. But at least these were the last dishes I would have to clean for a while. Sage and I were huge fans of YouTube and we decided to go from the fan of the creator to the creator and we both made our YouTube channels. Mine was called BurnsToAshes and Sages was called SmellsLikeSage. (sage as in the plant but also being her name? I know I'm really bad at names) We each had around 40,000 subscribers since we started our channel 9 months ago. But we were currently still using our little cameras on our MacBooks which didn't take very good video and it was sometimes blurry. So Sage and I agreed that I would do the dishes for 5 months and Sage would vacuum. Mrs.Iris surprisingly agreed that we could do that and get an allowance.

Today was the day the Sage and I were going to go to Maplin to get a camera and a microphone that we would share. It was Saturday so we didn't have school. I finished the dishes and ran upstairs to get ready. I threw on a pair of black jeans a white and black MCR tee with a thin black jacket, and a pair of black high top converse.

I ran down the hall to sages door and was about to knock when she opened that door.
"Ya ready?" She asked
" yup," I replied.
We grabbed our bus passes that we got a month ago when Mrs.Iris decided she was tired of us always sitting inside on our phones.
We ran to the bus stop because it was raining. Typical London I thought to myself. We waited for about 5 minutes until the bus came.
" So any idea on what camera we should get?" I asked her
" Before I came to the adoption agency my parents had a Canon camera that took good video so we could probably get one of those," she replied.
" Okay, what about microphone?" I asked.
" Umm I was thinking of a Sony Lav mic their compatible with cameras. ( this is just stuff that I looked up and saw on YouTube I don't know anything about these microphones)
" okay, cool," I responded.

Our stop was coming up so I pushed the button and Sage and I stood up and walked out of the bus. We ran into Maplin and went to the camera section. We got the camera and the mic and checked out. Our grand total came to  350$. That was a little cheaper then I expected we each still have like 100$ left over. We looked around a saw a lighting lamp that was $150 we figured we'd buy that since we didn't really have anything else to spend our money on.
We went home and decided to film two colab videos playing the (in a slow voice) seven second challenge. We did part one on Sages channel and part two on my channel. I grabbed my MacBook and started editing the video.

Mrs.Iris called me down for an interview. The family seemed nice but seamed like they didn't really like the YouTube thing and decided not to adopt me I wasn't really upset I didn't like the family anyways but getting out of here might've been nice.

I ran back upstairs and finished editing the video and uploaded it right before Mrs.Iris called everyone down for dinner. We have bugers and chips ( Fries, chips?) and then I went upstairs and responded to some comments and watched some YouTube. I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer so I fell asleep.

I tried to write a longer chapter 595ish words? Letter? I don't know it's confusing me. I'm going to camp today so I'll update again. That chapter is probably up now. Hopefully.
