Was how long your parents decided to give you to stay in Seoul. How bad can it be?

Your korean isn't very fluent but at least you knew a handful of words to speak through the locals. Your parents had a good background despite their work was in abroad, they'd still manage to comply with the culture in America. All of their efforts in trying and practicing to speak English payed off as you grew up.

The practice started off when you were still a baby, so all you ever grew up to was listening to English. Well, if it wasn't for your sister talking to you in Korean then you wouldn't have to understand your original mother tongue language.

After arriving from the long flight. You expected nothing but jetlag to hit you and you were right. You then proceeded towards the luggage area, where you stood up and waited.

It took a while for your luggage to arrive. Quickly, you hailed yourself a cab before cringing at the thought of paying a big amount. You pursed your lips and decided to be dropped off a location where you thought you can just continue the route by walking.

Kim's residential apartment

The address to wherever you're staying at.
The problem is, you are lost in the middle of a busy street. People casually walking pass by you, some hitting your shoulders- not even apologizing when they pushed you to the ground.

You dusted your pants and carried on, lost in thought at how exactly are you going to find a stranger that is friendly enough to hear you out. You felt like you can't intervene to bother these people passing by, they all look like in a hurry or just didn't want to be spoken to at all.

You mentally sighed in regret.

'This was harder than what I expected it to be'

A muffled ompfh came out your mouth as your butt landed directly on the floor at the impact. You just crashed into what felt like a man's broad shoulder.
He looked over to you and lended you his hand.

"U-uhm I'm really sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." He said, clearly embarrassed.

"No it was actually my fault since I was spacing out. I almost thought I hit a brick wall or something." You joked and chuckled awkwardly.

Your eyes widened at the man before you, surprised to see a really handsome man that has shoulders that are way too broad and he was stunningly tall.

"Its alright. I'm Kim Seokjin just call me Jin." He said, flashing you a warm smile.

You flushed a bit and unknowingly fiddled with your fingers, staring at the ground.

"I-uh I mean I'm (Y/n)." You awkwardly smile and shook his hand.

Your eyes was literally glued to his face, the minute you looked up. You were quite overwhelmed because it was your first time to encounter such a handsome man. He was just so captivating in front of a huge crowd.

'This is your chance'

"(Y/n), huh. But I really need to go, so see you around I guess. Bye!" He flashed you another smile and was about to leave when you grab his wrist.

"Sorry but can you like show me the direction to this address." You requested.

Jin's reaction, looked somewhat unfriendly, in a way he wants to deny the need of your request. He gave out a sigh, sounding unsure and hesitant, glancing at the address.

"You're very lucky that this is near to where I am about to head to so let's go." He pulled your arm, dragging you to the location in a hectic way.
---
"Here we are!" He said.
A simple white building stood in front of you. Carving out a sign that says 'Kim's Residential Apartment'. It was a 2 story building that resided in a quiet street.

No wonder why your parents chose this apartment. They would want you to live in a friendly and peaceful environment.

"By the way, here's your phone. I forgot to give it to you when you dropped it in the impact. My dorm is just right across from this building. I guess I'll be seeing you more often. Bye!" His feet tapped away in a rush.

Well in his mind, he thought why did he have to release such an unimportant information to a stranger he just met. Who knew you could be a sasaeng, acting. But that won't do since sasaeng would have already known where their dorm is so he shrugged his suspicions off.

Maybe you were just really a stranger who have pure intentions.

You opened the room to your apartment and was amazed by the furnitures displayed. It was definitely nothing like your house.
The first thing you did was turn on the ac and layed down on the couch.

Jetlag finally hit through you as you didn't care at all on changing and unpacking your things.

Your phone- on the other hand, vibrated throughout the day.

UNKNOWN : Hey! It's me, Jin
UNKNOWN : Sorry for kind of looking unfriendly earlier. I just thought you were suspicious and this is now even weird for me to even contact you. If you're uncomfortable about me having your number, I am fine with being blocked tho. Hmmm I think its better that way.

...

UNKNOWN : Hey! Are you there?

...

UNKNOWN : Er okay. I guess your phone is off or you're just sleeping

...

UNKNOWN : You looked familiar...
