Chapter 10

I woke up hearing the door open I saw the guy with brown hair step in with a tray of food. He put the tray on the ground and came up to me. He started to untie my arms but he didn't untie my ankles so I was still attached to the chair. He placed the tray of food on my lap and looked at me

"You should eat you didn't eat anything yesterday" he said pointing at the tray of food

"What time is it?" I asked

He checked his watch before answering "it's 9:30 in the morning" he then answered

"Is my brother here?" I asked again

"You should start eating" he said ignoring my question.

He headed to the door and sat on the chair that was beside it facing me.

"What's your name?" I asked him drinking some water

"Jace" he answered coldly
I ate quietly while he waited for me to finish eating. When I finished he took the tray of food off my lap and placed it on the ground while he tied my hand behind the chair again. He picked up the tray and left locking the door behind him. I looked around the dark basement there was nothing but old furniture and me obviously. I tried to wiggle my hands in a way to untie the rope but it seemed like have tied my hands tight enough for it to not get loose.

I gave up after ten minutes of pulling my hands away from each other but failed at every time. My wrist started to burn from how much It had scratched my wrist from the pulling.

Soon enough Alex walked in with a bottle of water in his hands.

"Want some?" He asked drinking his water

"No but what I want is for you to untie me and let me go!" I yelled being a little sassy " and plus we have school you can't leave me here" I continued

"Gracie, it's summer school ended yesterday" he said chuckling

"Who cares you can't keep me here your parents are going to come soon" I said again being sassy

"Your right" he said walking to the back of my chair and  he started to untie my hands "that is why we are taking you somewhere else" he continued. After he untied my hands he came and kneeled in front of me "you know we are doing this because we love you and we don't want you getting hurt from the person that wants you hurt" he continued

I looked him in the eye and slapped him "the only person that is hurting me right now is you and my brother Cameron" I said

He put his hand on his cheek and looked at me "you think we want to hurt you ,Gracie! You think that we are unknown don't you" he yelled back standing up

"I don't think it I know it !" I cried

"I can't believe you right. Did you lose your mind? Do you actually think we are doing this to hurt you?! You think that we are unknown!" He yelled back and I cried.

"If you're not unknown than let me go"
I said

"You know what I've had it with you! You're just so stubborn! Why are you making things harder than they already are!?" He yelled putting up one hand. He was almost going to slap me but he stopped himself. He put his hand behind his neck in frustration.
He than untied my ankles " you want to go? Then go! But don't come back saying we didn't warn you." I said and unlocked the door.

I looked at him in shock and ran out the door and started running to the front when jace and the blonde haired guy that I don't know his name yet caught me.

"Let her go." Alex yelled from the back and the two guys let me go. Alex came to the front door and unlocked it

"Go!" He said pointing out the door. I took the chance as fast as I can I then realized that I had hid my phone in my back pocket but it wasn't charged. I went to a mobile store that I found down the street.

"Hey umm can you charge this real quick I need it urgently" the cashier nodded and put it in the charger behind her I was surprised she accepted!

I waited until my phone was charged to 30% and thanked the woman and left.

I headed out the store and checked my phone but there was nothing not even one new text from  unknown.

I kept walking wondering where I should go. I couldn't go home because Cameron would be there and I can't go to Sam's place because we were not on good terms. The only place left was our summer house that was in the middle of the woods. Usually we go there when we want to have fun or want to camp. I walked for a while for more than 45 minutes to get there it was getting dark so when I got there I went straight to the couch and slept.

I woke up to my phone ringing and answered it. It was 12:00 am

"Hello" I said

No answer

"Hello" I said again

No answer

"Is anyone there"

Then a creepy song came up I checked the ID and it was unknown. Well in my thoughts it was Cameron and Alex. I will never forgive them for what they did and plus they are continuing! I hung up and slept again. At 2:30 am my phone rang again

"Hello" I said

That same creepy music came back on

I ignored it and went to sleep again.

My phone rang a third time I didn't answer I put my phone on silent and didn't care.

The next morning I woke up on the couch right where I was when I first slept.
