Chapter 1 prolouge Dedacataion :RainyDayz_ for fixing all of my spelling erors

As Robin fumbled down the stair he stubbed his big toe on the foot of the couch. “Almost there...” He reached for the light switch, only to trip on the stairs.
Suddenly, a bright light blinded him for a second. He looked up to see the lights had been turned on, he stared at his hands, dumbfounded.
‘Did I do that?’
He thought.
“No, I turned on the lights, Robin.” A voice said.
Robin looked up to see Raven. He felt like an idiot, here he was fumbling in the dark, trying to turn the lights on, and Raven just comes in and easily turned them on.
“How did you...?”
“Empathic.” Raven interrupted.
Robin must have looked confused because Raven said,
“I could read your mind.”
“Oh, okay.” Robin slightly blushed. Robin stood up to look Raven in the eyes. When Robin got up, Raven had disappeared. Robin looked around the room and found her in the kitchen.
“So, why are you up at Four in the morning, fumbling in the dark?” Raven asked, her back facing Robin.
“Thats what I was gonna ask you. Minus the fumbling part.” Robin said.
“I’ll answer that question when you answer mine.” Raven turned to face Robin, sipping something out of a coffee mug.
“I thought I heard a noise,” Robin lied. “I came to inspect it.”
“In the dark? And in your pajamas?” Raven’s eyebrows raised in suspicion.
“Yeah...” Robin hesitated, the truth was he came up here because he knew Raven always came to get her tea at this time.
“Okay...” Raven didn’t completely believe this, but who was she to question what the Teen Titans leader was doing. “I always get my tea at this time.” She answered simply.
Raven and Robin just stood there, in silence, except for the sipping of Raven’s tea. The silence wasn’t awkward, unlike the one with any of the other Titans. Raven and Robin have a special relationship, like Brother and sister, best friends, or more...
“Night, Robin.” Raven said getting up out of her seat and putting the coffee mug in the sink.
“What?” He snapped out of his thoughts.
“Night.” She repeated. “I’m going to bed.” She walked out of the room.

“Hey, Raven?” Robin called for Raven.
“Yes Robin?” She looked up from her book.
“Uh, I want to ask out Starfire, but I don’t know the right approach. I was wondering, since you're a girl, if you could help me?” Robin asked.
Raven felt something inside her snap, like a twig. She didn’t know what, though. She swallowed the feeling.
“S-sure Robin.” She stammered. Raven didn’t know why she felt the way she did. It’s not like Robin was her’s, he could date Starfire if he wanted...
