The phone had several cracks on it, but it wasn't that bad. It looked as if it had been thrown against a wall. Perhaps it did.
Once the phone switched on, it said "loading" and froze for a while.
After several minutes, the phone functioned as usual and I had received messages from people I do not remember of.
