What Just Happened?

I can't think of any other name for a title lol 

For the last couple of days Mark has been keeping you company while Jared is in jail. today you were going to see Jared, you both had gotten to the jail but Mark stayed inside the car he didn't want to go in. 

you got inside and walked up to the front desk, "who are you here to see?" the guard asked. 

 "Jared Padalecki" you say. 

the guard typed something in his computer, "follow me" he said getting up from the desk.

"hey" you said giving Jared a hug. 

"hey y/n" he said hugging you back, you both take seats and started talking. "so did you find anything out about the killer?" he asked. 

"No, nothing" you said with a sigh. 

"we'll figure something out, hopefully i will be out tomorrow" he says holding your hand and you gave him a small smile. 

"what time do you have court?" you asked. 

"it's at five" he said. 

"did you do it?" you asked, you knew it was off subject but you had to know. 

"do what?" he asked with a confused look on his face. 

"kill Misha?" you said above a whisper, you didn't think he would hear you but he did.

he looked at you like you were speaking another language, "No, i would never he was like family to me" he says with a sad look on his face. 

"i believe you" you say.

"are you sure? cause it seems like you don't" he said with a questioning look on his face. 

"I do" you say giving him a reassuring smile and he nods his head. after about ten minutes of talking you had to leave, you told him Mark was in the car waiting for you. you give him a hug before you leave "be careful" he whispers in your ear and you nod your head. Mark dropped you off at home, you go straight inside and go to bed. 

the next morning you went downstairs to eat breakfast, you started eating. you heard a knock at your door you got up to answer it, Osric was standing right there. 

"what are you doing here?" you asked him. 

"you haven't heard?" he asked. 

"heard what?" you said, you were completely lost you had no clue what he was talking about. 

"Mark is dead" he said. 

"what?" you asked because there is no way in hell he was talking about mark sheppard, you had just seen him last night. 

"Mark Sheppard is dead" he said interrupting your thoughts.

"this can't be happening" you say crying in Osric arms. 

Osric had left after a couple of hours because you had to get dressed to leave because Jared was having court today, you finally got to the courthouse and take a seat waiting for Jared's name to be called.  

"Jared Padalecki" he judge called out and he stood up in front of the judge. 

After court they released Jared because he never been in trouble and plus they didn't have enough evidence to keep him. you guys go home and you make him his favorite dinner, you had told him Mark was killed. "this is getting ridiculous, we need to find this person" Jared said and you just nod in agreement. 

Later that night jared and you were in bed, suddenly you both hear a loud noise from downstairs. you both looked at each other, "what was that?" you asked. 

"i don't know but i'm going to check it out" he said getting out of bed but you grabbed his arm "don't leave me alone" you say. 

"everything will be fine, I'm just going down there to check it out i will be back in no time" he said. 

"okay but be careful" you said with a scared look on your face. 

"i always am" he says before walking out the room. 

you heard a loud bang from downstairs and you jumped out of bed, you made your way to the door. you grabbed the knob and began to open the door, it made a creaking noise. you went out into the hallway "Jared' you whisper shout but there was no answer, it was dead silence. you started making your way downstairs "Jared" you whisper shout again, that's when you feel someone put a sack over your head and then knock you out. 

Jared and you woke up in a abandoned warehouse, the sacks were off but you both were tied up. "y/n" Jared said trying to break free but the ropes were tied too good. 

"Jared!" you yelled 

That's when you both hear someone walking up. "well hello, i see you guys are up" the person said, jared and you looked up to see who was talking you guys couldn't believe who you were looking at, It was Jensen!
