Kankuro. Straight off him.
Temari sometimes too with her everyday shrieking after Shika, but Temari is still sensible at times.

Unlike Kankuro who is carelessly annoying at times. What's annoys me most is he sometimes bossy and acts like he's in charge all the freakin time.

What annoys me most about Temari is she gets too....Mother like. Like an overworried Mother who had tons of sugar. But she is still responsibly nice
