(so this is just gonna be a short fluff that i wrote at 4:15 am, sorry ik it sucks)
Dan's POV:
He was meeting me at the train station today and i couldn't be more excited. We had been talking for almost a year on Skype and texting and all, but this was our first time meeting irl.
I had always had feelings for Phil but was to scared to tell him, but i had made up my mind i would tell him today so if i needed to i could go back home.
The train arrived at the station and i saw him, a tall dork in a pokémon t-shirt looking around like a scared puppy. You could obviously tell he was nervous but i did't know why. I looked down at my phone because i thought it buzzed but then i felt two arms wrap around me in a huge warm embrace and I never felt more loved.
He smelled of cinnamon. As he pulled away his amazing blue eyes met my boring brown ones and for some reason made me feel even more warm inside than the hug. He said "Salutations friend" as if that was a normal greeting. I just laughed and he broke out into that smile he always does biting his tongue slightly. I just stood there for a second admiring him when he suddenly grabbed my arm leading me out of the station. I asked where we were going and he replied with "it's a surprise silly goose" I smiled for a good five minutes at that response. Finally, he said "close your eyes" I relutently agreed and he led me through some trees and bushes. I almost fell over one of the roots and i felt his arms catch me then he snickered and apologized quietly.
We came to a stop and he walked away and i said "your not going to murder me are you?" he replied with "not yet you haven't seen the surprise yet, open you eyes."
