Is This The Wrong Time To Say I Told You So?

Lucy POV

After Natsu and I decided to take the job we agreed that we had to start packing. While I was packing I thought more about the job we are going on. It still seemed pretty suspicious to me but then I totally forgot about the thought after I imagined already fully paying my rent for 3 months!!!!! But still,why do I have a sick feeling in my stomach. Right when I was about to get into it Natsu came barging into my room saying that he and Happy finished packing. They barely had anything packed but I decided not to say anything about it. I told Natsu that it would be a good idea to talk to the buyer first to really understand what the job was about. He agreed.

Setting: Magnolia Train Station

Natsu POV

Lucy thought it was a good idea to talk to the buyer first about the job. I found nothing wrong with the idea. That is until the location of the buyer was so far away that we had to take a TRAIN!!!!! Just the thought of riding on a train made me feel sick to the stomach. While we were waiting for the train to come I kept asking Lucy if there was another way but her response was always "No there is no other way now just live with it!!" 'I don't want to live with it' I murmured to myself every time. When the train finally came it took me 10 minutes just to get on the train(with the help of lucy) The train ride was three hours. Those were the longest three hours of my life! And also the worst. I kept complaining and moaning. I would also occasionally fall off my seat. Lucy would have to pull me back up. When the train reached our stop it took another 10 minutes to get me off the train (again with the help of Lucy).

Natsu POV

When we got off the train I almost cried of joy!!! "Come on Natsu, you better get used to going on trains because when we finish the job we are going to have to ride a train back to Magnolia!" said Lucy. "Ugh don't remind me. Let's just get this job over with. The sooner we finish the job, the sooner we go on the train, the sooner we get OFF the train!" I said. Lucy just giggled for a response. I didn't know what was so funny. I was being totally serious. I was fully recovered from the train. Lucy and I needed to walk about 4 more miles to the buyers house. Lucy got tired so she summoned Horallugium. "Seriously Lucy! We didn't even walk a mile and you're already tired" I said in disbelief. "Shut it Natsu, I have sensitive feet. She says with a lot of anger" said Horallugium. I just rolled my eyes at her. Happy also got tired so he just laid on my back. "You too Happy!" I said annoyed. "Sorry Natsu but you haven't given me fish in 3 hours!" said Happy distressed. Then I rolled my eyes at him too. When we finally got to the buyers house we stopped to gawk at how big it was. Even Lucy sent back Horallugium to take in the breathtaking sight. After we got out of the trance we walked near the entrance to talk to the buyer about the job.

Nobodies POV

Natsu knocked the big two main doors to see if anyone would answer. "Hey anyone home!!" screamed Natsu. "Natsu, don't scream!" scolded Lucy" We have to make a good first impression." "Yeah Yeah Yeah, your right." said Natsu. Finally somebody answered the door. It was a woman who looked like an assistant of some sort. "You must be Natsu and Lucy. The people who are going to be taking Mr.Hue's job. " said the lady (I couldn't think of a better name 😂 Sorry) "Don't forget about me!!" said Happy, mad that the lady forgot about him. The lady just looked at him,not knowing that there was a cat with them. The lady then invited them in. If Natsu and Lucy thought the outside of the house was big, the inside was even bigger. The lady led them to the room were the buyer was located. When Natsu and Lucy entered the room they were greeted by a very excited man. Too excited. 😮.He was tall and skinny. He also had short black hair. He was also wearing an elegant black suit. "Hello, you two must be Natsu and Lucy. It is an honor having you here!" exclaimed Mr.Hue. 'What is this, forget about the cats day!' murmured Happy because Mr.Hue forgot to mention him like his assistant. "OK so what is this job really about." asked Natsu. "Oh right, you and Lucy have to go to the top of Mount.Sinai and find a rare plant called Hulious. If you come back successful I shall give you your reward." said Mr.Hue. "Mr.Hue, I wanted to ask you something. Why is the reward so high even though the job I so simple?" asked Lucy. "I feel generous I guess" said Mr.Hue with an over exaggerated smile. Lucy felt that feeling in her stomach again. As if something was wrong. She decided to just ignore it. Natsu just bought it not really wanting to get into the details. Natsu and Lucy decided to get going after discussing more about the job. They said there farewells to Mr.Hue and started their journey for the Hulious plant. When Natsu and Lucy finally reached Mount.Sinai they felt as if someone was watching them.

Natsu POV

The moment Lucy and I arrived at Mount.Sinai I had a bad feeling. Then I smelled something and widened my eyes. "Watch out Lucy!!!!!!!" I screamed from the tops of my lungs. Before something happened to Lucy I pushed her with me to the ground. Right where me and Lucy were standing was an electric net. That was when I felt anger and rage. 'Who would dare try to hurt Lucy? Oh they're gonna pay.' I thought. Lucy also noticed the net and got ready to summon one of her spirits. "You ready Natsu?" Said Lucy in a fighting pose. "Oh yeah. I'M ALL FIRED UP NOW!" I yelled from the top of my lungs with a grin. Lucy summoned Taurus. He was being his usual flirty self. Right after Taurus got summoned 10 guys came out of nowhere. Taurus was able to beat 9 of them but the tenth got him by surprise. "I'm sorry miss Lucy Mooooooo" said Taurus as he started to go back to the celestrial spirit world. "It's OK Taurus, you tried your best" said Lucy. While she was doing that I was to busy beating up about 30 guys. "Fire dragon roar!!!!! Fire dragon iron fist!!!!! Fire dragon wing attack!!!!!" I screamed with every attack taking down 10 men. I turned around to see how Lucy was doing. I was shocked to see her laying on the floor trapped in a net unconscious. While I was distracted someone shot their electric net gun and got me trapped. While I was trapped in I  got electrocuted and started to see black.

Nobodies POV

Natsu and Lucy woke up the same time to find them chained to a wall in a dark cell room. "Lucy are you OK. I swear I'll get us out of here" said Natsu struggling to get out of the chains but failing completely. "Yeah I'm fine but what about you? asked Lucy. "Yeah I'm OK but we have to try to find a way out of here." said Natsu. "Hey Natsu?" "Yeah Luce" "Is this the wrong time to say I told you so?"
