They seemed a bit frightened, I can tell.

"Is it true?" Lorana's bottom lip trembled.

"Yes." Mike rolled his eyes, but fear is evident in his tone.

"Nah, just a legend, I assure you." I claimed.

"What was the house like?" Rose wondered, climbing off of George's lap but only to be stopped and cradled into it again.

I glanced at Stephenie for no specific reason. "Well, it says that one of the signs that she is at your home is that the air conditioner would explode and blood will come out from the sink and the kitchen's walls will turn yellow."

"Why yellow?" Stephenie bit down her nails asking. She seemed the less frightened one.

I shrug before answering. "The kitchen was yellow so she would do the same thing to your kitchen in order to feel at home." I shrugged again. Why haven't the boys said anything till now? Scared, I guess. "It is just a legend, you know. It shouldn't have frightened your ass off." I teased.

"Why said that I am scared?" Jackson growled.

"Your tone." I fired back. Lorana giggled ignoring the fact that Jackson was glaring at her.

"Ok, let's go to bed." Rose inturrupted our immature behavior.

"Yeah, seems like a good idea." Stephanie mumbled.

"Ok." Mike shrugged. Goerge extended a helping hand for a sleepy RR.

"Wait!" I half screamed, half mumbled.

"Huh?" Mike looked down with a frown covering his face.

"One more thing," I demanded. "Another sign of her is that you'll find bruises at your stomach, back and thigh."

"Of who," Lorana asked, hesitating.

"Colin," Jackson mumbled. "Let's go, Lorana."

"It's a legend, isn't it?" Lorana looked straight into the eye.

"Yes, don't worry darling, it's just a legend." Jackson assured.

"No." I regret the words as soon as it's out. "No it's not."

"What do you mean?" Lorana's eyes got glossy.

"I lied. That's what I mean. I lied. It happened at the past. Sorry." I clarified. I couldn't complete with that ridiculous lie. I know I shouldn't tell them the truth, but it's not fair of me to lie at them, too. So I chose the truth.

"How long ago?" Lorana surprised me by asking.

"Years ago," I quietly stated.

"How long ago?" She repeated.

"Why do you care?" I snapped then remembered myself. "Sorry."

"I need to know." Her face ten shades of red from anger.

"Easy, darling. Easy." Jackson said in an attempt to calm his girlfriend's nerves. I turned to Mike who was watching us with clear amusement. Nuts. His dark hair shining with the reflection of the light. As for his bright green eyes that seems to find trouble always. I feel like he is my brother.

".... are you even listening?" Lorana snapped me from my thoughts.

"Sorry. You were saying....?"

"Nothing." She huffed. "Jack, come here this second."

Stephenie giggled and wished Jack good luck. He smirked at her but wiped it quickly when he found Mike glaring at him.

Everyone prepared for bed, as for me, I am looking forward to spend sometime alone in the hallway.

Fifteen minutes later, I jumped on my bed and instantly fell asleep with the picture of a blond hair sticking in my head.
