Confessions Of A Knight

I woke up on the couch, I don't remember much from yesterday, only comforting Papyrus while trying not to cry, just to end up crying my self to sleep, because they had taken Sans away.... And just to think, it's only been give or take a week, and I only realized what I felt, when he was ripped from our grasps.... I don't know why he let them take him..... That's not like Sans at all. 'Maybe the cells aren't magic proof! Maybe he knows, and he's trying to escape' I heard soft muffled noises upstairs. (don't get any ideas you creeps) They seemed to be coming from Papyrus's room. Some soft occasional clanging of snow hitting the windows, and the muffled tears of a certain skeleton. I knock on the door, and hear a gruff, female say, "Come in!" It was Undyne I suspected. I opened the door and slowly walked in. Papyrus was crying into Sans' jacket. 'Right, the King washed that for me....' I sat on my knees next to Paps. Undyne looking at me with the most serious expression ever. She was gonna kill me if I didn't choose my words right. "Paps.... Hey... I know it's tough, I'm sad too, but..... Oh who the fuck am I kidding, I'm miserable as well Paps...." I rubbed his back as I spoke. Paps looked up at me and I ran a finger under his 'eye', wiping up the strangely orange-hued tears. He smiled lightly at me and wrapped his arms around me loosely. Undyne spoke up, breaking our hug. "I've never been in a situation like this.... I've always kept everyone I loved close to me.... Now that Sans is gone, everyone I love is in tears..... I'm not sure how to react, or if this is even the right speech but......." Her face hardens, "we HAVE to get Sans back" she looked up at us. I nodded in agreement and Papyrus did too. "But I don't know how to fight...." I mumbled out as we all stood up. "Then I'll teach ya!" She seemed happy to help, so I nodded, "let's do this!" She shouted, and pulled me onto her back. "Can I come too?" Papyrus said solemnly. "Course you can!" Undyne beat me to it. I nodded and we RAN to her house. I was surprised she could carry me that long. Soon we arrived at her house. And training began.
