I woke up around eight a.m. this morning, I'm not a morning person so of course it took me a few tries to get out of bed. Once I got out of my bed, I then put the clothes I sat out the night before on. I looked at the mirror and I looked like I was dead, it's my morning shine. So, I went to my bathroom and washed up my face and got fixed up for my day.
When I got back to my room, I checked my phone to see if my dad or brother texted me while I was sleeping, there was just a notification telling me that it's the fourth of July. My parents are not together, and my brother, Mark, is my half brother but I count him as my full brother of course. Anywho, so I went to go help my mom pack the babies into the car ( I have five siblings, three younger ones and two older ones). As soon as they were all in the car, we left to go drop me off with my dad.
Before my mom dropped me off, she got me breakfast from Burger King, I had two croissants and a strawberry banana smoothie. While my mom was driving to my dad's location, I ate my breakfast. Soon enough we got to our destination, my mom dropped me off on the side of a building for the roads were blocked off for the parade. I walked up to the front of the building and spotted my father, so of course I walked up to where he and his side of my family were hanging out at.
Around nine thirty, I received a text from my friend Haley, asking me if I was coming to the parade and I told her I was already there and asked her where she was. She didn't answer so I called her and she answered on the fifth ring, we then found out we weren't that far from each other so we met up. We only chatted for a few minutes for the parade was about to start, and she had to go back to her mom and I had to go back to my dad and our family.
The parade was interesting as always and I saw some of my friends and teachers in the parade as well, which really shocked me considering they don't even go to the school in the city that the parade took place. I also saw my brother, Mark, my cousins: Erica, Codey, Little Dean, Cameron, and my Uncle Dean and Aunt Angie. For most of the parade I was perfectly fine but towards the end I started getting this awful pain, and I knew exactly what it was.
The day before, I started my cycle and it comes with cramps and that's the pain I was getting. That wasn't even the worst part, the worst part was that I didn't have my pills with me. I left them at home for I didn't think I would need them, boy was I wrong.
