I laid on the hospital bed in excruciating pain. Taylor sat at my side holding my hand.
"Hold on Ariana, remain calm" Taylor spoke to me and I nodded.
I've been in labour for twenty-four hours now and I'm ready to get these damn kids out of me.
Someone opened the door to reveal Harry walking in with a bouquet of rose.
"Hey Ariana" He greeted me with a kiss on the cheek.
I blushed but it turned into a face showing my pain.
"She's having contractions" Taylor explained and he nodded.
The door opened once again to reveal Justin and I was shocked.
"Did you call Justin?" I asked Taylor.
"Yeah, you did say he want to be apart of their lives so it would be important for him to be there" She answered.
"I guess that's fair"
Trailing behind him was Selena.
"What is she doing here?" I asked with an attitude.
"She wanted to come" He said.
The doctor and nurses finally arrived. I sighed in relief.
"Ok we can only have one person in the room so Ariana you chose" The doctor spoke to me.
I watched at everyone not knowing who to chose.
"I chose Justin" Shocked at my own words and he smiled.
Everyone else exited the room the room.
"It's gonna be ok Ariana I'm right here" Justin said holding my hand on his. - After hours of pushing and screaming in pain I finally welcomed Mia and Bella Bieber to the world.

"They are so beautiful" I said as I held Bella in my arms while Justin held Mia.
It's was like he was in love with her.
The door opened to reveal Taylor and Selena but no Harry.
"Where's Harry?" I asked.
"Um.....he kinda left"
"Why?" I was confused.
"I really don't know, he didn't say. Looked upset to me" She said shrugging her shoulders.
"Now let auntie see her princess" She taking Bella from my arms.
I observed Justin and Selena playing with Mia and they seemed like the perfect couple.
I wanted that.
One of the nurses entered again.
"Ok time to leave so Ms. Grande can have her rest." She said taking my pretty girls.
