Shu x Reader x Yuma: Fireworks

"No way in hell I'm hanging out with this deadbeat," said Yuma pointing to Shu who gave zero fucks about the situation.

You were rather excited to buy some fireworks for some fun and you asked Yuma and Shu if they wanted to light a few up with you. Which lead to a the current argument with Yuma and Shu not wanting to hang out with each other. 'Honestly' , you thought to yourself.' Why can't they get along?'

"Listen Y/ N," said Shu." I don't think I would be able to go light any fireworks with you or let alone watch fireworks go off."

That basically stabbed you in the heart.

"Why not?," you asked.

"You don't need to know that," said Shu closing his eyes.

"Don't tell me your scared of fire," said Yuma with a laugh.

Shu just merely opened his eyes, and fell asleep. You and Yuma knew what was the best thing to do...DRAG HIM TO THE PARK AND FIRE OFF THE FIREWORKS!

Shu didn't want to admit to Yuma that he was in fact afraid of fireworks, for fear of him using fire to scare him. It wasn't really that much of shocker that his fear comes from his past experiences with fire. He lost his friend Edgar to fire therefore making him forever have a fear fire. Reiji was partially to blame for his fear, yet he couldn't do anything about it. He was only fake sleeping so you and Yuma could drag him.

"Oui!," grunted Yuma while dragging Shu." How long do you plan to sleep?"

Shu only opened one of his eyes, irritated at you and Yuma dragging him without having his consistent.

"Where are you idiots taking me?," said Shu with a scoff.

"It's a surprise! ," you said happily while dragging Shu.

After a minute of dragging Shu,you and Yuma stopped.

"You can wake up now, you sloth," said Yuma.

Shu woke up to see you and Yuma lighting fireworks.

"GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME YOU BASTARDS!! YUMA YOU SON OF BITCH! DO YOU INTEND TO KILL ME!," yelled Shu backing away. You started to walk closer to Shu but he scouted away.

"Ha!," said Yuma." Four eyes was right. Your scared of fire!"

"Shu you know you'll never get over your fear unless you face it," you said.

Shu still looked a little freaked out, but he hesitated to tell you the truth.

"Y/ N. I had a best friend who wasn't a vampire like me. He was dirt poor, but a nice person to hang around with. His name was Edgar. I would usually sneak out of the house just to get away from it all, but that damn Reiji got word of me hanging out with Edgar. And he burned down his village. I never saw Edgar again. So as you may have guessed that's why I'm scared of fire."

You and Yuma were at a lose for words. You then went up to Shu and gave him a hug. Yuma joined in as well.

"Baka, we're your friends now. There's no need to be scared of something that haunted you in your past, not when you have us around," said Yuma.

"Yeah Shu, if you could've told us. That's what friends are for!," you said smiling at the bewildered vampire.

"I would have told you Y/N but I had a feeling if I told Yuma he would maybe pass out," said Shu.

"Why do you say that, I guarantee you that I would not freak out about what you have to tell me," said Yuma.

"I was going to tell you that I think your Edgar," said Shu.

You saw Yuma's face just as shocked as yours, but he looked then let out a laugh.

"Your kidding right? There's no way I'm Edgar," said Yuma with another laugh." Shu I think you need a therapist."

"Uh, Yuma I think Shu isn't messing around," you said.

"So your not joking?," said Yuma looking at Shu who already fell asleep." Wake up, neet!!!!"

"Huh..what happened, oh yeah. Your Edgar alright," said Shu.

"Yuma do you remember anything to back up Shu's point?," you asked.

"I don't really remember much from my past but I do distinctly remember a fire......Omg, the neet is right. I think I remember someone calling me Edgar before!," said Yuma.

"I knew you two seemed to hate each other to much, and it's all because you forgot about one another!," you said.

You looked down to see Shu who was currently on rock sleeping. He didn't seem like he cared about Yuma's mind being blown as well as your own. You almost forgot about the fireworks you had and you thought now would be a good time to light them off. You and Yuma started to ignite them and as they shot off Shu woke up. Which left you and Yuma laughing your butts off, mostly because he was mad as hell.

"I'll give you two a five minute start, to run away before I kill you," said Shu with a death glare at the two of you.

"Don't be mad about Y/ N and me setting off those fireworks, I mean we didn't shot them at you or anything," said Yuma." And besides what harm can a firework do?"

"Yuma your on FIRE!," you yelled as Yuma saw fire on his leg.

Yuma started running around the park until he finally fond a pond and hopped right in. Shu started to laugh for the first time, and it kinda scared you.

"You jinxed it, Yuma. Hahaha! That was the most priceless thing I've ever seen!," said Shu." That might also count the second time your involved with fire."

This also made Yuma simile aand you were happy at the sight of them laughing and smiling together.

"Y/N are you okay, your starting to cry," said Shu.

You barely noticed a tear falling down your face, and you hadn't the slightest idea why you were crying.

"Really? I guess it's because I'm happy you two are starting to become friends," you said wiping the tears away.

"Your pretty cute when you simile like that," said Shu with a smirk.

Yuma getting out of the pond geared Shu's comment and yelled at the two you." Just kiss already you idiots!!!!" You started to blush a little but Shu merely did as Yuma said and pecked you on the lips.

"Ohhhhh, Shu's getting some!!!," yelled Yuma.

"Shut up," said Shu.

"I definitely have to Facebook this," said Yuma pulling out his phone.

Shu then pushed Yuma back into the pond, making him drop his phone and making him wet again.

"You better let me be the best man at your wedding with Y/N or so help me I won't forgive you," said Yuma.

"I'll have to propose to her first," said Shu smirking at you.

Then you threw him into the pond, and then giving him a small kiss after to apologize.

I ship Yuma with one of my best friends YoloWazHere and I also ship Shu with another one of my best friends ali12348. The reason why is because I think they would be a good match and also because they sorta act like them sometimes. The only ship I don't understand is the one where they ship me with Laito as well as Sabaru....mostly the one where they ship me with Laito. But in my opinion if Shu and Yuma were real they would totally be dating by now.
