The drive feels so long and lonely. Like I have no one anymore. Oh never mind it's true, I don't have any one. "We will be there in 5." Mike says. I don't respond.
When we arrive I see I will need to get out of here as fast as I can this place looks like an old abandoned house that has been un used for many years. I don't know how this is legal. "Well?"
Says Mike. I just stand there and stare. "It's okay?" I mumble. "This way." Mike leads me.
Inside there is an old lady sleeping at the front desk. We walk into an office. In the office there is an fancy dress lady drinking a fancy looking drink in a blue cup just by the looks of it this is the fanciest place in the orphanage. She looks crazy rich. If I had her money I would get a better building.
"Are you Amy?" She asks.
I silently nod.
"Oh I was expecting some a little bit umm more." She barks.
"Sorry?" I ask.
"Whatever" she says "you going to be in the 14-17 year old girls room." She says before taking a sip of her drink. "Go along, get out." She says after.
I walk slowly with my two bags up the stairs and into the second door on the left. In the room there are six beds and only five being used. I pick the one next to the window. In the room there is a chart with jobs. "This is going to be like the movie Annie!" I say. The chart says that every one must be outside for at least ten more minutes. That gives me some time to come up with a plan.
