I See You

Prologue

Dear diary,

   This is Marinette again, and just like any other day, I had no luck on finding him...my soulmate. The only clue I have is that he has green eyes and blonde hair. I first made eye contact with him on a rainy day at the park when 'Queen Chloe' and her little servant, Sabrina, decided that I'd be an awesome slide mop...

   A rusty swing, a muddy slide, a completely broken and bent monkey bar and of course the sweet scent of moist air, everything was completely normal. A blue haired girl sat on the slippery wet bench and took in the view of the soon to be remodeled community park had absolutely no idea about what will happen to her in three...two..."AAAAH!" screamed Marinette who got mud on her ladybug raincoat as she fell to the rocky and sandy pathway.

   "Get up, Mariclutz!" the blonde ordered in a rather high pitched voice.

   "What do you want, 'Queen Chloe'?" Marinette mocked, as new as she is in this huge city she still had the guts to face the so called 'Princess of Paris', Chloe, to which she refers to as queen, sarcastically, just to annoy her but Chloe being the oblivious girl she is took them is compliments.

   "I want to go on the slide today but the mud will ruin my designer jeans, go clean it up!!" Chloe pointed towards the slide.

   "Chloe, no one--"

   "No buts Mariclutz, now go!" Chloe pushed her again but towards the slide this time.
   "What if I don't want to?" Marinette crossed her arms on her chest to which Chloe found annoying.

   Chloe stood tall in front of Marinette who showed no sign of complying to her grabbed the edge of her coat and pulled her towards the top of the slide. Marinette let out a squeal as she was forcefully pushed down the slide ("That's what you get for disobeying your queen!" Chloe exclaimed) and got mud all over her clothes and face. Chloe then began to walk away ("Come along Sabrina.") as a certain blonde boy approached.

   "Hey Uhh, you alright?" The boy held out his hand and Marinette took it with a small thank you.

   The two looked each other into the eye and both noticed a flash of color...blue and green.

   "T-Thank you!" Marinette exclaimed shyly as she is facing her supposed 'soulmate'.

  "No problem! I'm A-" The boy was about to introduce himself when a car horn was heard.    "Geez, well Uhh...see you around!" Adrien ran towards the park exit and a left a totally dazed Marinette to stare off into space and rethink life, Nah just kidding. Marinette herself decided to head home thinking about him, who wouldn't? You just came face to face with your soulmate and you didn't even get his name!

   "I wonder who he is~" Marinette said with a dreamy sigh...

   "Oh my- did I just doze off again? Geez I can't seem to focus on much, but anyway..."

...I did become a slide mop but I got to meet my soulmate anyway so that day wasn't entirely bad, plus I got to eat chocolate croissants when I got home 💕💕.

That's it for the prologue I guess? Hope you guys got a clue on what this story is about.
I'll be honest tho, very slow updates 😅.
Not entirely sure if I should add Ladybug and Chat Noir here...but anyway hope you liked this story part 😃.
