Rachel's POV
As I cruise the halls of my boring highschool, I think about my one best friend, Luke. Guys are so much easier to talk to without all the drama coming from the populars. Especially one. Gia Skye, she is the tall, blonde, cheerleader captain slut who wears tons of makeup. All she ever does is bully me and flirt with Luke!
OUCH! "I'm so sorry!" I said, looking at her. I have never seen this girl before. And then I stare. This girl was gorgeous, with her black hair, tan skin and bright green eyes. We usually didn't get girls like this here, ones who stuck to their natural beauty like I did, not to brag or anything. This girl could easily be the most beautiful in school. I knew she would receive a lot of attention today.
"Are you new here?" I asked politely.
She glared at me "Just watch where you're going girl. What do you think?" Then she just walked past me.
Just as I thought I was going to make a new friend...
Gia must have already gotten to her.
" Hey Rach"
It was Luke, thank god.
Luke was well, hot. He had tousled blond hair and gray eyes. He was ridiculously athletic, had a six pack and a goody two shoes. As well as a honor roll student But I didn't think of him in that way. He was the only one who knew my secret, I confessed because he was my best friend and was suspecting stuff because of my lack of free time.
" Come on, we're going to be late for class,"
Luke and I had Spanish and gym together, thank the heavens, because Spanish is my least favorite subject.

"Class take out your homework, and let me introduce you to our new student, Evelyn Fox from California. She just transferred this semester, I hope you make her feel welcome! Evelyn, come up and tell us a bit about yourself."
OH MY GOD
She was the girl I had bumped into! I wonder if she will act rude in front of Senora Vegara?
Evelyn got up and mouths dropped open. Like I said before, she was gorgeous. A couple of boys wolf whistled. She just ignored them and put a charming smile on her face.
"Hello," she said. Her voice was musical "I'm Evelyn, but you guys already know that." She laughed. Her laugh was musical too. I could have sworn I saw more boys drool. "Well just call me Ev, Evelyn is a mouthful. Well, my favorite color is blue, and I took French at my last school so I thought it would be cool to try something new." She smiled at Senora who smiled back and sat down.
"You sound like a lovely girl Ms. Fox. I can't wait to get to know you better." Senora said.
She came and took a seat next to Luke and I! The way Luke started at her, I knew that Gia was going to have some serious competition.
