Ingredients : one large size cabbage chopped in thin slices , three onions chopped in thin slices too. All the Indian spices turmeric , paprika, cumin and mustard seeds , asafoetida and cumin-corianderpowder. Salt and sugar to taste.
Procedure.
Chop cabbage and onion in thin slices.Now in a pan put some oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. When they start spluttering add asafoetida.
First put onions in the pan and stir fry it for few seconds.
Then add cabbage to it.
Now add all the Indian spices per taste. Also add salt and sugar to it. Keep the flame medium to high and keep checking the veggies. Don't overcook them. You might have to sauté it for a minute and it will be ready in no time. Serve it hot with chapati or dal rice. Njoy!!
